Since the 21 st century,China's urbanization process has gradually accelerated,the scale of cities has continued to expand,and the number of urban population has increased rapidly.Therefore,China's demand for urban rail transit has been increasing.However,as one of the three major industries in energy consumption,the transportation industry is also one of the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions.The huge environmental problems and resource consumption problems brought about by the rapid development of urban rail transit are more and more valued by all sectors of society.How to reduce environmental pollution and achieve environmental protection on the basis of ensuring the construction of urban rail transit infrastructure and promoting economic development The win-win situation with the economy has always been a problem that domestic and foreign scholars are devoted to research.The application of new technologies such as energy-fed traction power supply energy-saving technology can effectively alleviate the environmental and economic problems facing the development of urban rail transit.In the past,the cost-benefit study of the technology mainly used the traditional accounting model to calculate the economics of the technology,and the lack of evaluation of the environmental problems caused by the application of the technology.Based on the summary of the existing problems of the urban rail transit energy-saving technology cost-benefit analysis under the traditional accounting model,this paper incorporates the circular economy theory into the urban rail transit new technology cost-benefit study,and constructs urban rail transit energyfeedback traction Cost-benefit analysis model of power supply system.The specific contents include: First,summarize the shortcomings of the cost-benefit analysis of the energy-saving technology of feedable traction power supply under the traditional accounting model,and construct a cost-benefit analysis model of the feedable traction power supply system based on the circular economy mode;Relevant data of power supply and energy-saving technology are substituted into the established model for verification and analysis;third,The cost-benefit analysis of energy-fed traction power supply and energy-saving technology is analyzed to draw conclusions and prospect related research in the future.The main conclusions obtained in this paper are: first,based on the analysis of circular economy theory,the energy-saving technology of urban rail transit energy-fed traction power supply can achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase from both economic and environmental perspectives,which is in line with the “reduction,recycling And resource "concept.Second,the cost-benefit analysis model based on the circular economy theory can be used in the system diagnosis and technical evaluation applications of other urban rail power supply systems.Third.the cost-benefit analysis of the energyfed traction power supply technology of urban rail transit in the circular economy model can realize the quantitative processing of economic data and environmental data,and provide accurate data support for the maximum comprehensive benefits pursued by the sustainable development of urban rail transit.The characteristics and innovation of this study are: through quantitative analysis of resource loss,and taking environmental factors into consideration,applying corresponding improvement strategies to resource loss and damage to the environment,and systematically evaluating the improvement results.Fully apply the idea of circular economy to the application of energy-saving technology of energy-fed traction power supply for urban rail transit.It provides new guidelines for the promotion of this technology and makes up for the shortcomings of the "traditional accounting model" that cannot guide the development of urban rail transit energy-saving technologies.This topic has important theoretical significance and practical value.
