| With the acceleration of urbanization,the urbanization rate is gradually increasing,and the urban population is increasing.As a result,people’s demands for travel convenience are constantly increasing.Urban rail transit has attracted more and more attention by various cities because of its advantages such as higher comfort,safety,and punctuality.As one of the core components of urban rail transit vehicles,whether the structure parameters of the bogie are reasonable or not is directly related to the operation stability,safety and comfort of urban rail vehicles.Articulated bogies have advantages in noise reduction,small radius curve passing and other aspects,and have been successfully applied in foreign countries.This technology has been widely concerned by the industry,but there are few applications in China at present.Based on the above background,this paper uses the SIMPACK multi-body dynamics simulation software to analyze the parameter design of urban rail vehicle with articulated bogie.First,the technical scheme of the articulated bogie is introduced in detail,including the main technical parameters of the vehicle system,the technical parameters and the main structure of the articulated bogie.Then,according to the structural characteristics of articulated bogies for urban rail transit,the force analysis model of the articulated bogie is established,the forces acting on wheel-rail,bolster,frame and body are studied,and the dynamic differential equations are deduced.The basic theory of multi-body dynamics of vehicles is briefly introduced.With the help of SIMPACK multi-body dynamics simulation tool,the dynamic simulation model of articulated bogies for urban rail transit is constructed.Combining with the basic regulations on the dynamic performance index of rail vehicles in GB 5599-1985 " Railway vehicles-Specification for evaluation the dynamic performance and accreditation test",the stability,stationarity and curve passing performance of vehicles with this articulated bogie are calculated and analyzed.Finally,the stationarity and curve passing performance under the condition of cross-wind and air spring failure are analyzed and calculated,and the requirement of speed limit under the condition of air spring failure is also put forward.Finally,the paper concludes that the articulated vehicle has good dynamic performance.The articulated bogie can satisfy the application of urban rail traffic vehicles.The articulated bogie has been successfully applied by the TGV high-speed train and has proven its technical maturity.China still has a lot of room for the development of articulated bogies for urban rail vehicles.The development of articulated urban rail vehicle bogies with independent intellectual property rights is of great significance to promote the development of urban transportation equipment,improve urban traffic conditions and protect the environment.The research will provide a theoretical basis for the future development of articulated bogies in China. |
