Research On The Construction Of Structural Carpentry Of Confucian Temple In Sichuan In Qing Dynasty

As a ritual Temple listed in national sacrifices,the sacrificial rites of Confucian temples follow the sacrificial rites system promulgated by the Central Committee,but there is no written provision on the construction system.With the development of past Confucian temples,the basic style of Confucian temples in Qufu has been formed gradually in terms of overall layout,scale and form.In actual construction,because of financial or human factors,local Confucian temples flexibly adjust layout,increase or decrease building scale,and apply local construction technology,showing distinct local characteristics.This paper takes the existing Confucian temple buildings in Sichuan in Qing Dynasty as the research object,and carries out research by means of literature research,field research and statistical analysis.By investigating more than 10 examples of Sichuan Confucian temple buildings in Qing Dynasty with relatively complete layout of buildings and good preservation of building monoliths,and according to the differences of architectural practices,the architectures used in Sichuan Confucian temple buildings are roughly divided into five categories: halls,lobbies,pavilions,galleries and signage buildings,and the pertinence and universality of regional construction techniques of these architectures are analyzed.It also explores whether and how it is affected by geographical factors such as climate,terrain and materials,as well as social factors such as artistic aesthetics and local customs.The body part of the paper is divided into five chapters.Firstly,it analyses the natural and social factors that influence the large wooden works of Sichuan Confucian temple buildings,and classifies the different frame types of Sichuan Confucian temple buildings.Then carry out targeted technical analysis on each type of frame to explore specific practices of each type of frame adapting to regional characteristics;Finally,it analyses the technical features of regional construction universality of Sichuan Confucian temple buildings in terms of material usage,roof frame handover,eaves protruding,wing angle,etc.The text is about 51,000 words,70 groups,304 pieces and 13 tables.
