Study On Compound Design Of Public Space Of Lanyuan Dormitory,Jiulonghu Campus,Southeast University

At present,the connotation development of higher education puts forward new requirements to the campus environment.The construction of the educational environment will gradually break the principle of the traditional campus function division.This requires the construction of living area in contemporary campus to break through the residential function and assume more diversified campus functions while continuously optimizing the living environment.Integrate into the environment system of campus,architectural complex and individual building,developing toward the compound and intensive campus community.Based on the actual project of Lanyuan dormitory area in SEU Jiulonghu Campus,this paper discusses in detail the specific process of compound design of public space in living area of campus through two aspects of Functional configuration strategy and compound design method.The thesis is divided into two parts:The first part is the project design engineering technical drawings and related analysis diagrams completed by the author independently.The second part is the research report.The research report is divided into five chapters.The first chapter cross-compares the supporting functions and facilities related norms and guidelines of campus and urban residential areas,and preliminarily formulates the functional configuration process of college living areas.With the view of forming an overall cognition of the guiding standards that can be referred to in the current functional configuration of living areas.The second chapter explores the qualitative principle and quantitative standard of compound allocation of living area functions,from the aspects of functional composition,priority of function allocation,frequency level of use and indicators of functional configuration.The third chapter elaborates the basic characteristics and methods of compound design of public space in living areas from the perspectives of functional organization and spatial distribution.The fourth chapter combined with the practice of the Lanyuan dormitory area project,from the perspective of site strategy,public space function configuration principle,compound function organization,compound spatial distribution and public space atmosphere creation,shows the specific content of the Lanyuan dormitory area scheme design and public space deepening design.The fifth chapter summarizes the composite design process of the public space in the living areas of campus,and puts forward suggestions for the subsequent development of such design.Total word: about 46,000 words,with 95 illustrations and 33 forms...
