As a product of the development of the sharing economy,the emergence of Internet rental bicycles has expanded the service radius of public transportation,effectively solved the problem of the city’s ’ the last kilometer ’,and embodies the development concept of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing.It has brought great convenience for citizens to travel short distances and connect public transport.At the same time,it provides new ideas for solving environmental pollution and urban congestion,which is of great significance to building energy-saving and environmental protection society.However,the disadvantages of Internet rental bicycles have become increasingly prominent.The problem of random parking has seriously affected the normal operation of the urban transportation system;in the early stage of development,the lack of government supervision has led to the congestion of urban public space and chaotic public order.In view of this,this paper analyzes the use characteristics of Internet rental bicycles based on Internet rental bicycle historical riding data,and combines Internet rental bicycle service characteristics and satisfaction surveys to explore the current status of Internet rental bicycle operation and maintenance services.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model for Internet rental bicycles is established to evaluate the operation and maintenance services of Internet rental bicycle enterprises,and the incentive mechanism between the government and Internet rental bicycle enterprises are studied.Firstly,the data of Internet rental bicycle riding is preprocessed,and the missing information data,error data and redundant data are deleted.Data mining methods and spatial analysis tools are used to analyze the spatiotemporal travel characteristics of Internet rental bicycle.This paper analyzes the service characteristics of Internet bicycle rental enterprises from the enterprise operation management level and user level,and analyzes the users’ satisfaction of Internet bicycle rental enterprises with operation and maintenance services through questionnaire survey.Secondly,the study area is divided into traffic zones,and the Internet rental bicycle borrowing and returning traffic flow of each traffic district in different time periods is extracted.The DBSCAN clustering algorithm is used to cluster the borrowing and returning traffic flow of each traffic zone.According to the clustering results,the use area is classified,and three different grades of hot area,general area and cold door area are obtained.Furthermore,according to the characteristics of Internet rental bicycle service and public satisfaction of operation and maintenance services,the comprehensive evaluation index of Internet rental bicycle is established.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index of Internet rental bicycles,and TOPSIS method is used to rank the operation and maintenance services of Internet rental bicycle enterprises.Finally,according to the results of the assessment and evaluation,use the increase and decrease quotas in the three different levels of hot,general and cold door areas as the incentive mechanism,the replicator dynamic evolutionary game theory is used to analyze the management behavior selection of Internet rental bicycle enterprises and government incentive mechanism,and the specific evolution path is obtained by simulation test.
