| ABSTRACTIntersection is a keypoint in the operation of Bus Rapid Transit lines.And the implementation of bus signal priority is also at intersections.In recent years,China has vigorously advocated the development of public transport.Bus Rapid Transit(BRT)has been established in many cities.BRT has exclusive traffic right and special signal,which guarantees the priority of transit.However,the two systems of Bus Rapid Transit dispatching and signal control are usually managed and planned separately,without considering the coordination between them.The research and practice of the coordination between them are relatively backward.First of all,most of the previous scheduled design methods only focus on passenger demand and operating costs,without considering the relationship between scheduling plan and priority signals.In this paper,an optimization model of rapid transit timetable based on passive priority is proposed,which can improve the efficiency of transit at intersections and the punctuality of scheduled timetables.Considering the coordination between departure time and signal priority of intersections and the constraints of bus lines and signal phases,we can get a reliable scheduled timetable and the signal scheme finally.Secondly,based on the optimized signal timing and schedule,a real-time bus rapid transit scheduling strategy is established.The scheduling objective is to minimize the deviation between the real-time arrival time and the planned time.The content of the dispatch includes the layover time at the stations,the speed at lines and the active priority signal scheme at the intersections.Finally,a bus rapid transit dispatching strategy based on the planned timetable is established.The starting conditions of active priority optimization include vehicle arrival status,bus phase status and total benefit of intersection.The objective of active priority optimization is to maximize the total delay reduction at intersections.Finally,the datas of Fengxian-Pudong Express Bus Line in Shanghai are compared with the traffic dispatch scheme and signal priority strategy proposed in this paper.The results show that under the coordinated optimization scheme,the average and maximum reduction rates of shift running time are 27.7% and 31.6%,respectively.In addition to上海理工大学硕士学位论文the reduction of shift operation time,this method can also improve the punctuality rate of BRT lines.The average and maximum increase of the punctuality rate are 6.9%and15.8%,respectively. |
