| The integration of "post,class,race and certificate" is a comprehensive education concept advocated by vocational education in recent years,aiming to solve the problems of derailment between teaching and production,weak comprehensive vocational ability of cultivated talents and failure to meet social demands.In a narrow sense,the post represents the enterprise job,the course represents the vocational education curriculum,the competition represents the vocational skills competition,and the certificate represents the vocational skills level certificate.Power battery and management system overhaul" is the core course of middle-grade new energy vehicle operation and maintenance,which requires students to complete the basic maintenance and overhaul of power battery and other related systems.Firstly,the current situation of research in the field is clarified through reading literature and investigating and studying practical problems.By analyzing the domestic and foreign vocational education certificate,competition and other education mechanisms,sorting out the theory of education and training courses and related research results,the research idea of curriculum development is formulated with the law of vocational ability growth and structural functionalism as the theoretical support and drawing on the work process systematization paradigm.Firstly,we designed the teacher interview outline based on the current situation and content of the curriculum,and interviewed the teachers of new energy vehicle operation and maintenance in secondary schools in the region;secondly,we designed the student survey questionnaire based on the satisfaction of the curriculum and vocational ability of the post competition certificate,and surveyed the students of new energy vehicle.Finally,three major problems were found in the middle-grade new energy vehicle application and maintenance curriculum: first,the curriculum standards are not well matched with jobs,and the graduates’ recognition of the curriculum is worrying;second,the relevance of the curriculum content to the content of competitions and certificates is low,and the students’ comprehensive vocational ability is insufficient;third,the curriculum content,organization,implementation and evaluation do not reflect the basic requirements of vocational education curriculum.Then,solution strategies are proposed to implement the curriculum development.In response to the above research problems,solution strategies were formulated: firstly,to emphasize the penetration of certificate standards and competition tasks in the curriculum;secondly,to highlight the cultivation of vocational competence in the action-oriented curriculum;thirdly,to focus on the proportion of process assessment in the evaluation of course learning quality.Firstly,we design the interview outline from the job structure,responsibilities and other dimensions,and refine the typical work tasks by investigating the jobs facing the new energy vehicle profession;secondly,we analyze the competition fragmentation tasks and certificate skill standards,integrate the typical work tasks and standards with the job as the main line,form the grading code table and carry out the integrated task description;finally,we take the single course of "Power Battery and Management System Overhaul Finally,taking the single course "Power Battery and Management System Overhaul" as an example,the course is divided into "basic overhaul of power battery body","overhaul of power battery charging system","overhaul of power battery management system","overhaul of power battery management system" and"overhaul of power battery management system" with reference to the work process systematization curriculum concept for learning field design and learning situation setting as the reference system.The course is divided into three learning contexts: "basic overhaul of power battery body","overhaul of power battery charging system","overhaul of power battery management system",and the typical working process of "personal vehicle protection,inspection of system components,testing of system components,overhaul of system components,and review and acceptance of vehicle" is determined.At the same time,the teaching design process is planned,the corresponding course resources are developed,and a diversified course evaluation model is designed.Finally,implement practical teaching and verify the effect of the course.The teaching process focuses on "promoting teaching with competition and supervising teaching with evidence",and takes single sub-context as the node to evaluate the effect from two aspects:process evaluation is mainly to grade students’ participation in class and acquisition of learning materials,including students’ self-evaluation sheet,group mutual evaluation sheet and teachers’ evaluation sheet.The summative evaluation is based on the training projects and the fragmented tasks of the skill competition after the integration of "post-course,race and certificate" as the evaluation carrier,the experts in various fields of "post-course,race and certificate" as the evaluation subject,and the job requirements and certificate requirements as the evaluation standard,and the students’ teaching objectives and comprehensive performance are evaluated by means of differential sampling.The evaluation is based on the evaluation data.According to the evaluation data,the problems that appeared in the experiment were continuously summarized and improved.The study finally shows that the course "Power Battery and Management System Maintenance" developed under the integration of "post course and certificate" has improved the quality of students’ learning and promoted the cultivation of vocational ability to a certain extent. |
