With the development of the aviation industry,the number of aircraft,flights and navigation routes is increasing year by year,but the airspace resource is limited,which makes the airspace more and more crowded and the aviation environment becomes more and more complex.These changes will put forward more competency requirements for pilots to be able to work.At present,flight licence assessment is mainly based on flight skills and technology assessment,while psychological assessment is only limited to the process of recruitment,which only assess mental health,but do not measures the psychological characteristics required for flight operation safety.Besides,the assessment indicators do not involve the factors of work style.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the work of civil aviation pilots,obtains 27 evaluation indicators of competency characteristics;,we preliminarily summarizes four first-level indicators including professional knowledge through the induction and analysis of literature,ability,psychological characteristics,work style and 25 secondary indicators.The initial evaluation index system of civil aviation pilots' competency characteristics is constructed through the above analysis.Then,through questionnaire survey,the initial evaluation index is revised,Finally,the evaluation index system of civil aviation pilots' competency is established,which includes four first-level indicators: professional knowledge,competence,psychological characteristics,work style,and 21 second-level indicators,such as civil aviation policies and regulations,attention distribution,coping ability and responsibility.A hypothesis model of the influence of the evaluation index system of civil aviation pilots' competency characteristics is constructed.The evaluation index system of civil aviation pilots' competency characteristics is estimated and tested by using the structural equation model,and the hypothesis relationship among variables in the model is verified.The weight of each evaluation index of Civil Aviation pilots' competency characteristics on the competency characteristics is calculated.As we can see,Psychological characteristics has the greatest impact on the competency of civil aviation pilots,and attention distribution has the greatest impact on individual psychological characteristics.The competency evaluation model of civil aviation pilots is established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the competency characteristics of three pilots with different work performance are evaluated comprehensively by using the established competency characteristics evaluationmodel,and compared with the actual work performance,which verifies that the competency characteristics evaluation model is reasonable.
