In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,urban public transportation has played an increasingly important role in accessibility.Traditional ground public transportation is facing development difficulties such as unbalanced supply and demand matching and low operating efficiency.The flexible bus mode of variable-route bus is the starting point,and it focuses on the joint decision-making of flexible route bus bus,multi-vehicle route and fare formulation,and provides new ideas for the innovation,transformation and upgrading of flexible bus.Firstly,It introduces and summarizes the operation concept,mode and current situation of fare formulation of variable route bus based on multi-point selection,and draws out the existing problems of variable route bus operation characteristics and fare formulation.Secondly,the processing system receives the reservation demand,proposes a method of formulating fares based on passenger service quality,and establishes an enterprise benefit optimization model to make a multi-vehicle route-fare joint decision.The model uses a fixed station departure time and station group time.Factors such as order,slack time,and vehicle passenger capacity are constraints.In addition,considering the selection behavior of passengers on multiple demand response sites,a logit model is established to describe the selection probability of each site in the passenger site group,and business expectations are established.The optimal benefit expansion model is added,and the expectation confirmation degree constraint is added,and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model in the reservation stage.The real-time demand received during the driving process is processed again,and an improved DADD method is proposed to share the detour cost between passengers and enterprises,and then a real-time passenger fare formulation scheme is obtained.Then,on the basis of the cost-sharing fare formulation method,the satisfaction theory is used to formulate economic compensation strategies for passengers who suffer from service delays,and an optimization model aiming at the lowest system cost for both companies and passengers is established.Finally,through the Matlab simulation experiment,the decision results of the two strategies proposed in the static and dynamic stages are analyzed by index comparison and parameter sensitivity analysis,and the conclusion of the applicable conditions is obtained.The opening condition verifies the effectiveness of the joint decision-making method proposed in this paper.
