| The State Council pointed out at the executive meeting held in 2016 that China should vigorously develop prefabricated buildings.In order to adapt to the development of prefabricated buildings,EPC(design-procurement-construction)model has become a construction method that prefabricated construction enterprises are scrambling to adopt.The implementation of EPC mode involves many elements.This mode requires many capacity and resources.The general contractor lacks corresponding design qualifications,and the collaboration and communication between the general contractor and the construction unit or the design unit also emerge in an endless stream.So this type of enterprise how to make up for their own shortcomings in the EPC mode and achieve multi-agent collaboration is a problem facing us at present.This paper adopts the method of case study,analyzes the logic of prefabricated construction enterprises to achieve collaboration in stages,and tries to build a mechanism model for prefabricated construction enterprises to achieve collaboration.This paper first reviews the development of prefabricated enterprises under the EPC model and finds that in the past,scholars’ researches have focused more on the itself development,alliance or collaboration of prefabricated construction enterprises in this mode.But there are relatively few collaborative studies on external factors affecting the EPC model of prefabricated construction enterprises.Through the analysis of social network theory,it is found that there are more studies on the synergistic results of domestic and foreign scholars’ influence on it,but few scholars have studied the process of how each of these elements affect.Based on this the research gaps in this paper are founded.And the scientific problem of this paper are identified.Secondly,combined with the theory of self-organization,the logical relationship between the key elements behind the synergy of such enterprises is analyzed.It is found that the enterprise in the social network has a strong or weak connection with the external subject,and the prefabricated construction enterprise in the social network to achieve synergy requires the analysis of its spontaneous logic with the help of synergy,and then forms the analysis framework of this paper.Then selecting representative case enterprises for studies,summarize their development process through case descriptions,and then carrying out specific case analysis based on social network theory and self-organization related theories.And summarizing their key concepts according to coding,and then establish a mechanism model for achieving synergy.Based on the case study,this paper explores that the collaboration achieved by prefabricated construction enterprises in the EPC model can be divided into three stages: The alliance partner establishment stage,the social network formation stage,and the internal and external collaboration stage.From this it can be concluded that:(1)The non-linear interaction process between prefabricated construction enterprises and various participants is a key factor influencing the synergy of such enterprises.First of all,prefabricated construction enterprises need to find suitable design units to establish alliance relationships under the resource orientation,Then establish good trust through communication and collaboration to achieve the purpose of maintaining alliance relations;Secondly,such enterprises being in a complex system from the perspective of social networks,so maintaining a non-linear connection and interaction relationship with other participants in the network related to prefabricated construction projects is the key to changing from disorderly state to orderly state of such enterprises.And in this role combined with self-organization theory has spawned four kinds of order parameters.There are four aspects: objectives,organization,process and information.(2)The logic of establishing a synergy mechanism for prefabricated construction enterprises revolves: four kinds of sequential parameters govern the generation of collaborative behavior of enterprises,target synergy as guiding collaborative behavior,organizational collaboration as dynamic collaborative behavior,information collaboration as basic collaborative behavior,coordination process synergy,interaction between the four,mutual promotion and jointly act on the formation of synergistic mechanism to maximize the benefits of prefabricated construction enterprises. |
