In recent years,the rapid development of information technology,the cross integration of multi disciplines,has promoted the social production reform,which also puts forward higher requirements for the construction industry.Although the state is actively promoting the construction industry reform,the modernization of the construction industry is still facing bottlenecks: inefficient use of information technology,closed information between all parties,lack of effective cooperation and low production efficiency.Building information model(BIM)as a new generation of construction engineering data technology has gradually become an important support for the transformation of construction industry,but it can not meet the new requirements of the development of the times under the traditional delivery mode.Integrated project delivery(IPD)can effectively integrate the business and personnel of the project,promote the efficient cooperation of the team,provide a good application environment for BIM,and bring new management ideas to the modernization of the construction industry.Based on BIM Technology and IPD mode,this paper will study the collaborative mechanism of assembly building.Firstly,on the basis of the existing IPD theory and BIM collaborative theory,this paper selects the prefabricated building which is consistent with the two as the starting point,puts forward the collaborative problem of the whole life cycle of prefabricated building,and analyzes the theoretical feasibility and application value of the combination of the three.The integrated application of IPD and BIM collaboration is used as a tool to improve and optimize the implementation process of the whole life cycle of prefabricated building and the tasks of all parties in the project,and to clarify the collaborative needs of all parties.Secondly,through literature and case analysis,this paper systematically combs the key elements affecting the collaboration,and constitutes the overall framework of the collaboration mechanism: from team building,organizational structure mode,and relational contract,it establishes the organizational system of IPD mode,which lays the foundation for the collaboration mechanism;from BIM application,platform function,and platform architecture,it builds the BIM collaboration platform,which provides the basis for the collaboration mechanism It provides technical support;constructs collaborative management framework from three aspects of management idea,management means and management process,and provides effective means for collaborative mechanism;through integrating collaborative workflow,analyzes collaborative design and construction collaborative process,and clarifies the key content of collaborative management.On this basis,under the guidance of collaborative theory and system theory,this paper analyzes the collaborative mechanism,and expounds the formation process of collaborative mechanism.At the same time,it integrates various elements to build a collaborative mechanism model,summarizes the application of collaborative mechanism model,and points out the obstacles in practical application.Finally,using the real project cases for reference,this paper analyzes the collaborative mechanism of the case,further demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of this study,shows the practical application of IPD mode and BIM Technology in China,and analyzes its application effect,so as to provide theoretical support and operation basis for the follow-up project practice,and promote the development and application of IPD and BIM in China.
