Spatial Reconstruction Of Traditional Villages From The Perspective Of Policy Network ——A Case Study Of Yixian County

Huizhou traditional villages record the historical changes of Huizhou for thousands of years and carry the cultural roots of several generations.Since 2012,325 state-level traditional villages have been successfully declared in Huizhou,of which 44 are in Yixian county,one of the counties with the highest concentration of traditional villages in Huizhou and even Anhui Province.How to make these traditional villages "live,authentic and continue" ? It is the direction that people from all walks of life in Huizhou and the whole country have been making unremitting efforts.However,there are still some problems in traditional villages,such as "hollowing out",low popularity,"gap" in the continuation of tradition,loss of vitality and increasingly fragile.To protect the development of traditional villages,promote rural revitalization,the research on policy network main body under the perspective of ancient huizhou traditional village space restructuring as the main research content,from the five types of policy network,the network interaction and the interests of the ancient huizhou traditional village policy relations aspects of thinking,and combining the yixian traditional villages developing space of the policy response,The existing problems were found and the strategies for spatial reconstruction were proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:（1）The policies related to traditional villages in China have undergone multi-stage development,such as germination,exploration and development,rapid growth,and favorable policies.More and more traditional dwellings and cultural heritage have been focused on by the state and society,and the main body of policy network has been growing.Policy community is the powerful core of traditional village policy network,and it has dominant and dominant power over inter-government network,professional network and producer network The intergovernmental network is established on the basis of governmental organization,that is,the relationship network between governments.Professional network is the subject with professional level and guiding ability;The producer network pays the most attention to the interests in policy making,and the stability among the members is poor.Issues network members are numerous and complex,and the frequency of interaction among members is unknown,and the interdependence between members is limited.In the process of interest interaction,all subjects jointly promote the process of policy formulation,implementation and feedback.（2）Policy communities mainly influence traditional villages from a macro perspective,focusing on the revitalization of spatial culture;By connecting the upper level design with the basic level demand,the intergovernment network mainly provides guidance for the optimization of the traditional village space system.Based on their own professional knowledge,the professional network continuously updates and optimizes the spatial layout of traditional villages from the perspective of objective development.Based on their own production and living needs,the producer network continues to transform the spatial form,update the spatial function and maintain the spatial vitality.The issue network mainly plays its feedback function and plays an important role in improving the quality of the space.（3）through the policy network interactive feedback and analysis the subject,the excavation of the space policy response process and its characteristics,and finally put forward based on the policy network collaborative fair development,the policy network boot space subject promote more efficient space and village governance transition space function compound excitation space three implementation sustainable development path.Based on the analysis of the policy network logic can run better understanding village,mining village core driving factors,and under the background of the era of fully implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,to balance the protection and development of logic,the construction of a harmonious relationship and village system,find different development path for every village,living condition inheritance and sustainable development.
