| The reform and development of 40 years,China’s construction industry ushered in unprecedented vigorous development.However,due to the changes of population and structure,the slowdown of urbanization and the new normal of economy,the construction industry is facing the problems of labor shortage and the aging of employment personnel.In order to solve the shortage of construction labor force and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the construction industry,this paper intends to start with the research on the influencing factors of the number of construction labor force practitioners,and select 19 potential factors in the economic,social and scientific and technological directions through literature research and expert investigation.The correlation analysis of multi regions is carried out by Pearson correlation coefficient,and the influencing factors of correlation are obtained.The correlation analysis of national data is carried out,and the factors with better fit are selected for panel analysis,and the regression model based on national data is obtained.The paper selects Zhejiang Province with large scale but low per capita output value and low profit to analyze the sample.Through correlation and regression analysis,it is found that the number of regional employment is an important factor affecting the construction labor force in Zhejiang Province.The correlation and regression analysis of Zhejiang data show that the research method is feasible.Through the panel regression model,the simulation value and the actual value are compared,and the current trend of the construction industry labor shortage crisis and the continuous labor shortage is found.In order to solve the problem of labor shortage in construction industry,the paper puts forward some strategies such as improving the level of construction science and technology,improving the EPC rate of the construction industry,issuing relevant population policies and improving the working environment and development environment of the construction industry. |
