Tai’an City Industrial And Mining Residential Area Suitable For Aging Renovation Design

Since my country’s first five-year plan,the foundation for socialist industrialization has been laid,and people’s living standards have gradually improved.As the main housing type vigorously promoted and constructed during the planned economy period,industrial and mining settlements have greatly improved the living environment of the people.Functions are difficult to meet people’s needs for a better life.At the same time,with the prominent problem of my country’s aging population,the elderly care system,which is mainly based on home-based elderly care,supported by community elderly care,and supplemented by institutional elderly care,is gradually becoming one of the elderly care models in my country,while the service facilities in old industrial and mining residential areas are outdated.,backward spatial layout,serious environmental pollution and other problems,it is difficult to successfully implement the strategy of housing and elderly care.How to improve the environment of industrial and mining residential areas and carry out effective aging-appropriate transformation of industrial and mining residential areas has become a comprehensive implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s proposal in the meeting of the leading group for comprehensively deepening reforms to "enable the people to have a greater sense of achievement in reform",and to continuously improve One of the main tasks of the people’s happiness index and good wishes.This thesis takes the industrial and mining residential area of Tai’an City,Shandong Province as the research object,and selects the old industrial and mining residential area of Tai’an City built around 1985 as the key research object through on-the-spot investigation,survey visits,document sorting and other research methods.For residential areas such as Feng Mine,Yangzhuang Mine,Caozhuang Mine,Taoyang Mine,etc.,according to the investigation,the problems existing in the indoor and outdoor environment of residential buildings are summarized and analyzed.According to the development history of industrial and mining residential areas,the characteristics of such industrial and mining residential areas are sorted out.At the same time,combined with the current development trend of the combination of healthy community and medical care,a suitable aging renovation strategy is proposed for the residential environment,and the best renovation ideas and methods are found.The method and path are theoretically explored to realize the good wishes of the residents in the industrial and mining residential areas to be supported and happy in their old age.According to the research strategy,the Dafeng Mine Residential Area is selected for design practice,and according to the local conditions,an effective aging-suitable renovation design scheme is proposed according to its specific problems.The physical and psychological needs of the elderly in industrial and mining settlements,and then realize their spiritual and material demands.
