Design And Research On Control System Of High Speed Window Pasting Machine

With the increasing expenditure on household consumer goods and the government’s many policies to stimulate consumption,producers will benefit from expanding production.Primary and secondary packaging changes with each passing day.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have higher and higher requirements for packaging,and the corresponding processing equipment should also be increasingly diversified.Window pasting machine is the main film pasting equipment for window products.Firstly,based on the analysis of the domestic development and market needs of the window pasting machine,this thesis puts forward the necessity of the window pasting process and control system of a high-speed window pasting machine,studies the development direction of the window pasting machine,and then introduces the process flow,basic structure and working principle of each part of the window pasting machine.This thesis designs the scheme for the transformation of the electrical control system of the window pasting machine,uses the PLC with simple programming and convenient maintenance to replace the traditional industrial computer,and uses the servo driver to replace the imported DC speed regulating device with poor reliability.This thesis introduces the hardware and software of the control part of the high-speed window pasting machine in detail,analyzes the performance requirements of the control system hardware,completes the selection,designs the electrical circuit,designs the necessary interface circuit,completes the circuit design of the input channel,selects the servo motor,completes the hardware circuit design of the output channel,analyzes the transmission mode,selects the synchronous belt transmission mode,and distributes the transmission ratio.Finally,the overall program flow chart of the control system is designed,and the control system of the window pasting machine is introduced.It is divided into Epigynous Machine and Hypogynous Machine.Epigynous Machine sends the control signal to Hypogynous Machine,and Hypogynous Machine directly controls the corresponding equipment according to the corresponding timing signal interpreted by this command.The touch screen forms Epigynous Machine to set the parameters of the window pasting process and monitor the real-time state of the control system,Hypogynous Machine is developed by the ladder master software running on the PC,programs the control system,realizes the communication with the execution equipment,and completes the design of man-machine interface according to the control requirements and workflow of the window pasting machine.After the transformation of the window pasting machine,the control system has achieved high efficiency,stability and accuracy,the control system has obtained the expected results,and the prototype has been produced,and the operation effect has achieved the design purpose.
