Currently, pasting bottom of paper and yarn compounding bag mainly relies on manual operation with a low efficiency, high rejection rate, labor shortages and other problems. Because of the complexity of process, there is no machine designed especially for paper and yarn compounded bag in our country. Although there is the machine abroad, the cost of technology and product introduction is high, the service is inconvenient and the specification is different. Therefore, the research for the machine fitting our conditions has important significance. According to the characteristics of sticking process and the experience at home and abroad, a kind of control system based on PLC for the machine is designed.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:According to the main process, technical requirements and control features, a control system consisting of touch panel, PLC, frequency conversion, asynchronous motor, sensors and other modern components is designed. Then on the basis of the plan, the hardware of the system, multi-motor synchronization control system, communication system and monitoring system is designed.A master-slave control method based on compensation principle is used in the multi-motor synchronization control system. A parameter self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID algorithm is also added to the system. Finally, a mathematical model of speed control system is built and simulated. Simulation shows the system based on self-adaptive Fuzzy-PID controller can achieve a good synchronous performance. Demands for production line can be satisfied.In order to realize the data transferred from manufacturing site, a communication system among touch screen, PLC and frequency converter is designed. PPI protocol is used to communicate between touch screen and PLC. USS protocol is used to communicate between PLC and frequency converter. Then networks based on the RS-485 interface are made to realize communication between upper touch screen and lower PLC.Running state of the system can be directly reflected in monitoring system. The production process can be understood by operators in real time. Remote monitoring of production process can be realized. So according to the characteristics and main function of the machine, a overall plan of monitoring system is designed. Monitoring system is divided into six modules which are work module, operation module, show module, fault module, parameter setting module and output module, respectively. Finally, above functions are implemented by WinCC flexible software.Development of the control system for paper and yarn compounded bag bottom-pasting machine can continuously complete the paste production line. All kinds of bags can be pasted according to demands of customers. Production efficiency is also improved.The problems in automatic paste can be solved especially for paper and yarn compounded bag.
