Semiotics,as a discipline evolved from philosophy,is the study of all the meanings of the human world.It plays a guiding role in the study of ideology,culture and related industries.Culture is closely related to human life.It is necessary to study the culture of a country,a nation and a region.Fundamentally speaking,the great rejuvenation of a nation is to achieve cultural rejuvenation.At this stage of the rapid development of the times,consumers are increasingly eager for products with unique characteristics in an increasingly plump cultural environment.Cultural and creative products,as the main consumer products to stimulate the economy and promote cultural consumption,are facing problems such as homogenization,simple cultural expression,and lack of in-depth cultural understanding.The interdisciplinary nature of semiotics can explain and convey meaning,and has a strong carrying power on culture,making it an effective tool to arouse consumers’ ethnic feelings,enhance regional cognition,and complete cultural integration and exchange.Finally,the research of cultural creativity is to return to the essence of its culture and make it become a symbolic product that can arouse ethnic resonance and enhance ethnic pride from a product containing the concept of traditional culture.Therefore,semiotics,as a link that can connect regional culture and cultural and creative products,is identical with cultural and creative products in both theoretical level and internal trend.The research significance of introducing semiotics into cultural and creative product design mainly lies in that studying cultural and creative products from the perspective of semiotics can not only inject regional characteristics into cultural and creative products,but also integrate the spirit of semiotics into the research of regional cultural and creative products,It provides a richer research object for semiotic theory.With semiotic thinking as the core,the article digs deeply into Inner Mongolia’s ethnic culture,divides semiotic research methods into the research of regional cultural and creative product design in Inner Mongolia,constructs a basic theoretical model,deeply analyzes the commonalities and similarities between semiotics and cultural and creative product design research from an interdisciplinary perspective,and puts forward corresponding strategic analysis to clarify the practical significance of Semiotics in the research of cultural and creative product design,The connotation of Inner Mongolia’s ethnic culture and ethnic aesthetic value orientation are systematically symbolized to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the next theoretical model.Explore and investigate from the perspective of consumers,carry out the positioning of cultural and creative products and the construction of consumption theme maps,complete the transformation from theory to practice,and contribute to broadening the development path of local cultural and creative products,improving the cultural soft power of Inner Mongolia,stimulating the ethnic excellent cultural genes,and enhancing the ethnic cultural confidence.
