The"14th Five-Year Plan"points out that it is necessary to promote the innovation of production and living patterns through digital transformation,adhere to innovative development,and drive,lead and create new demands with innovation[10].The field of building decoration should also comply with the development requirements of the times,insist on reform and innovation as the driving force,promote the use of new technologies such as big data,BIM,and prefabricated decoration,and achieve high-quality development.There are many types of materials for building decoration model components,and the construction process is complex;the modeling method is single and inefficient;the component splitting is unreasonable and the degree of detailed design is not enough;it is difficult to establish a parametric component library and unify material coding;design stage problems such as lack of coordination with all parties involved in the construction phase have affected the modeling efficiency of building decoration projects and hindered the high-quality development of the building decoration industry.Therefore,explore how to realize the digital expression of architectural decoration engineering construction,so that it covers all information resources;realize visualization,automation,improve efficiency and save costs;realize the collaborative application of engineering construction and management through models,and provide support for the whole life cycle;realize the 3D model contains project parameter information and realizes information sharing and transmission at various stages of the project,providing solutions for the collaborative work of various professional parties.It is an important scientific and engineering problem we currently facing.This study proposes a whole-process solution based on data-driven rapid modeling and information-based collaborative management,which is used to optimize the construction connection between civil construction and decoration engineering,and give full play to the technical advantages of BIM,data-driven,and component standard library,effectively improve modeling efficiency and achieve collaborative management.Based on the development status of BIM technology modeling at home and abroad and the demand analysis of building decoration engineering models,this paper comprehensively applies theoretical analysis,comparative analysis,and model analysis,and proposes a model establishment method suitable for building decoration engineering needs.It can improve the efficiency and save cost,realize the professional application of the model,the automatic export of the engineering quantity,the simulation of the schedule and the completion and delivery of the informatization.And combined with the actual project to carry out empirical research,analyze the application effect.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The modeling method is established.This paper analyzes the application and emphasis of different BIM modeling software in the construction industry in domestic and foreign research,chooses Archi CAD as the modeling software studied in this paper,and classifies the construction characteristics of the building decoration model according to the construction characteristics of the building decoration model.The relationship between the variables is associated,and the creation and modification of the model are driven by script code.(2)System decomposition and scheme comparison.The classified engineering projects are divided into modules to reduce the diversity of components and the repetitive modification work in the model building process.Establish a scheme comparison and select the optimal scheme for modeling according to the comparison criteria.(3)Standard graphic element design.Different parameter values are assigned to the same component,which can be loaded into the project for multiple times,so as to achieve the purpose of quickly completing the establishment of the 3D model and loading it into the construction project,reducing the workload of repeated modeling,and establishing a manageable standardized library system,simplifies the work that needs to be handled manually in the early stage,and uses parameterized programs to transfer data to realize the generation and modification of components.(4)Application of the model.Analyze and apply the built model,quickly export the project quantity,accurately control the cost,simulate the construction progress,realize the information-based system association through the attributes of the model,facilitate the delivery evaluation and acceptance,and realize the intelligent and integrated collaborative management in the later operation.
