| After the project of Metal Intelligent Manufacturing Park is put into operation,the logistics transportation in the park is mainly carried by medium and heavy trucks,and the traffic flow is very large,and the original road network in the region is far from meeting the transportation needs of the park.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to accelerate the planning and construction of road infrastructure and supporting facilities in metal intelligent manufacturing park and strengthen the maintenance of road assets.In this thesis,planning and research are carried out from the aspects of road planning stage,implementation stage and asset management stage,so as to build the road construction management system of intelligent metal manufacturing park.Finally,the construction management system evaluation,evaluation of the level of the construction management system,test the feasibility and scientific nature of the construction management system.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analysis on road network planning of metal intelligent manufacturing park.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of road network,traffic characteristics and existing problems of road planning in the park;Secondly,based on the relevant research results and methods of urban road and logistics park road traffic planning,this thesis analyzes the road network planning of metal intelligent manufacturing park;In addition,in the planning stage,by introducing the whole process consulting unit,strengthen the review of the road planning outcome document to ensure that the planning outcome document is scientific and reasonable.(2)Planning and analysis of the whole process management in the road implementation stage.Road implementation stage management runs through the whole process from project initiation to completion acceptance,involving factors such as road project quality,progress,safety and cost.The participants include functional departments of the government and service units of the construction market.The road implementation stage management of metal intelligent manufacturing park is a systematic work,which needs to carry out multi-objective and whole process control through comprehensive overall planning and coordination,so as to finally complete the completion acceptance and give full play to the design benefits.From the perspective of the construction unit,adhering to the principle of combining technology and management,and with the thinking of whole process and whole factor management,this thesis studies and analyzes the whole process consulting work,approval process,cost management and the technical and management points of each implementation process of the road project in the metal intelligent manufacturing park,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the coordination degree of the project construction process,so as to realize the multi-objective and whole process control of the project.(3)Planning and analysis of road asset management.In terms of road asset management,strive to combine innovation and feasibility.Combined with the research status at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward four contents of road asset management research: asset management system research,asset evaluation method research,asset management informatization research and asset management and maintenance decision analysis.In terms of research on road asset management system,under the framework of existing laws and regulations,establish a set of practical and innovative system documents,including "one method and five systems",and strive to innovate system construction,management organization,asset classification and management model.In terms of research on road asset evaluation methods,road assets are evaluated from three angles: service level evaluation based on asset function,asset service level evaluation based on satisfaction and road asset value confirmation.The research is carried out by using the methods of analytic hierarchy process,qualitative and quantitative combination to construct index system,reliability and validity analysis of questionnaire,asset replacement method,regression analysis and grey theory,Innovate and improve the road asset evaluation system.In terms of asset information management,combined with the current situation of domestic road asset information management,this thesis puts forward the idea of road asset information management.In the aspect of road asset management and maintenance decision analysis,the decision model is established,and the target decision analysis is carried out by using genetic algorithm.(4)Post evaluation analysis of road construction management system.Taking the main nodes of the construction management system as indicators,the post construction evaluation index group is constructed,and the index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process;After expert scoring,Kendall harmony coefficient method is used to test the consistency of each index score,and then multi-level fuzzy evaluation model is used to carry out fuzzy evaluation.Finally,the evaluation results are transformed into "hundred mark system" score to improve the accuracy of post evaluation. |
