| The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between safety leadership,safety climate and safety performance and the moderating effect of psychological capital on safety climate and safety performance of the ground handling service company of airport A.Firstly,the existing literature on safety leadership,safety climate,safety performance and psychological capital was reviewed,and some hypotheses were proposed based on the actual case analysis in airport A.In addition,184 valid survey date were collected by taking the frontline staff of the ground handling service company of airport A as the research object.Data analysis was conducted through data software to verify whether the hypotheses were valid.Finally,the empirical conclusions are as follows:In the aspect of difference analysis,there is no significant difference between employees of different genders and degrees in the perception of safety climate and safety performance.However,employees of different ages and working ages have significant difference in the perception of safety climate and safety performance.In terms of correlation analysis,the safety leadership and safety performance of front-line positions in the ground handling service company of airport A are significantly positively correlated;There is a significant positive correlation between safety leadership and safety climate.There is also a significant positive correlation between safety climate and safety performance.In terms of regression analysis,safety leadership has positive predictive power for safety performance;Safety climate has positive predictive power for safety performance too;Safety leadership also has positive predictive power for safety climate.Moreover,safety climate plays a intermediary role between safety leadership and safety performance.In terms of moderating effect analysis,psychology capital plays a positive moderating role between safety climate and safety performance.Through the research of this paper,the relationship among safety leadership,safety climate and safety performance is analyzed.The correlation between these three variables is confirmed,and the mediating effect of safety climate and the positive moderating effect of psychological capital are clarified.Based on this conclusion,corresponding management policies are put forward.While strengthening the construction of safety leadership and safety climate,the management should also pay sufficient attention to the construction of employees’ psychology capital,so as to improve safety performance,which is beneficial to the practical safety management of ground handing service company of airport A. |
