hearts,which not only meets people’s higher and higher quality requirements for meat products,but also makes sustainable development of ecological resources due to its recycling and efficient use of farmland,the combination of breeding industry and planting industry.At present,the methods of ecological goose breeding mainly include under forest,orchard and corn fields.The cultivation of goose by planting grass in winter fallow refers to the cultivation mode of circular ecology,which uses the empty period of rice field in winter to plant grass,so as to achieve goose feeding grass and goose manure cultivation.At present,there are still many problems in popularizing the model of planting grass and raising geese in winter fallow field.The first is the selection of varieties.Different varieties have different physiological characteristics.Not all kinds of geese can bring good economic benefits in the model of planting grass and raising geese.Then the selection of varieties has become an urgent problem to be solved in popularizing the model of planting grass and raising geese in winter fallow field.In order to solve this problem,Sichuan white geese,Zhejiang white geese,Yangzhou geese and haldopaji geese were selected as the experimental materials.First of all,the captive simulation test was carried out(four breeds of geese were raised in a unified way,the group of 29 day old chicks were divided into supplementary feeding group:forage+concentrate feeding;control group:concentrate feeding in the whole process.Two replicates for each breed and 10 replicates for each)to compare the difference of feed intake and growth of the four breeds of geese under different feeding patterns;Secondly,the experiment of raising geese by planting grass and grazing in winter fallow field was carried out(four kinds of geese were raised in a unified way,the group of young emerged at 29 days old was put into the field for grazing and feeding,and broken rice was fed at night,10 in each group,and three repetitions were set),By comparing the growth performance,slaughtering performance,meat quality,intestinal development and cecal intestinal microorganism of different geese in winter fallow field,the most suitable geese in winter fallow field were selected,in order to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and application of this model.The results are as follows:1.The results of feed intake and growth and development of different geese showed that the feed intake of ryegrass was different among different geese.The feed intake of Zhejiang white geese was the largest,while that of Sichuan white geese was the least.Compared with the whole feeding group,the four geese fed ryegrass could reduce the fine feeding.After eating ryegrass,the body weight of Sichuan white geese,Zhejiang white geese and Yangzhou geese were all higher than that of the control group,and the difference between Zhejiang white geese and Yangzhou geese was significant(P<0.05).Feeding ryegrass can also reduce the feed to weight ratio of geese,among which Yangzhou geese have the highest utilization efficiency.2.The results of growth performance,slaughtering performance and meat quality of different geese under the mode of planting grass and raising geese in the winter fallow showed that during the whole period of grazing growth and development,the weight of four geese increased greatly in the early stage of growth and development,and tended to slow down in the later stage.In the early growth period(28-49 days),the weekly weight gain of Yangzhou goose was higher than that of Sichuan white goose and Zhejiang white goose,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05),but in the 36-42 days,the body weight gain of Yangzhou goose was significantly lower than that of haldopaki Goose(P<0.05);in the late growth period(50-70 days),the body weight gain of Yangzhou goose was higher than that of other three breeds.There was no significant difference in the slaughter rate,semi-breech rate,pectoral muscle rate and hamstring rate of the four goose breeds in the winter idle field(P>0.05).The abdominal fat rate of yangzhou geese was 1.39%,which was significantly lower than that of the other three varieties(P<0.05).Comparing the meat quality indexes of the four varieties,it can be seen that the moisture content in pectoral muscle and leg muscle of yangzhou goose is significantly higher than that of the other three varieties(P<0.05).The fat content in the pectoral muscle of the white goose in eastern zhejiang was significantly higher than that of the other three varieties(P<0.05),while the fat content in the leg muscle of these four varieties was not significantly different(P>0.05).The content of protein in the pectoral muscle of yangzhou goose was significantly higher than that of the other three varieties(P<0.05),while the difference of protein content in the leg muscle was not significant(P>0.05).The content of collagen in pectoralis muscle of yangzhou goose was significantly higher than that of other three species of goose(P<0.05),and the content of collagen in leg muscle of east zhejiang goose and yangzhou goose was significantly higher than that of sichuan goose and holdobaggi goose(P<0.05).3.The results showed that the development of intestinal morphology and intestinal microflora of Yangzhou geese were significantly better than those of other three geese(P<0.05).The dominant genera of the four geese are the same at the level of phylum,which are Bacteroides and Firmicutes.Compared with other three breeds of geese,the abundance and diversity of intestinal flora in haldopagi geese were significantly higher(P<0.05).According to Venn map,the cecal specific bacteria of different geese were screened.Compared with other geese,the cecal microbial species of haldopaji geese were the most abundant,followed by Zhejiang white geese,Yangzhou geese and Sichuan white geese.It was found that the cecal specific bacteria of Sichuan White Geese only had the function of decomposing and digesting fiber.The cecal specific bacteria of Zhejiang white geese and haldopaji geese were removed There are two and three kinds of pathogenic bacteria in addition to fibrinolytic bacteria,while there are the most kinds of fibrinolytic bacteria in the cecum of Yangzhou goose.In the simulation experiment,Yangzhou goose has the highest utilization efficiency.In winter fallow field,Yangzhou geese had the best growth performance,slaughter performance and meat production performance,the best development of intestinal morphology and tissue morphology,the most bacteria in cecum to decompose and digest crude fiber,and no pathogenic bacteria.To sum up,Yangzhou goose can be used as an ideal
