Research On Satisfaction Evaluation Of Farmland Circulation And Improvement Strategy Of Farmers In Taihu County

With the continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy and the deepening of the rural land system reform,the work of rural cultivated land transfer can be carried out quickly,and farmers’ participation in cultivated land transfer behavior is also increasing.As one of the main bodies of cultivated land transfer,farmers’ satisfaction with the economic behavior of cultivated land transfer affects their enthusiasm for participating in cultivated land transfer,which in turn affects the process of cultivated land transfer.In order to better promote the efficient and stable development of cultivated land transfer,it is necessary to study farmers’ satisfaction with cultivated land transfer.The current paper selects Taihu Lake in Anhui Province as the research destination.Taking farmers in Taihu County as the research object,the study adopts field survey method,hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct academic analysis and combines the basic situation of farmland transfer in Taihu County.The study finds the following main problems in the farmland transfer in Taihu County: Monotonous transfer mode,Insufficient transfer standardization and Imperfect transfer platform.Meanwhile,on this basis,the study also discussed and analyzed the direct and indirect influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction with farmland transfer in Taihu County,and established an evaluation index system of farmers’ satisfaction with farmland transfer in Taihu County under the current policy background based on the research results,as well as analyzed the interrelationship between farmers’ satisfaction with farmland transfer and farmers’ expectations of farmland transfer,living environment and government services.The research results show that the government services and living environment are the highest in the satisfaction evaluation of farmland transfer in Taihu County,followed by transfer expectations.According to the research,the improvement of farmers’ satisfaction with farmland transfer in Taihu County has great room for improvement in the farmers themselves,government services,and other aspects.Scientific transfer with policy guidance,service guarantees,and technology support can even improve farm households’ satisfaction with transfer.To promote the sustainable and stable development of local cultivated land transfer.Finally,based on the research status and result analysis,six suggestions are put forward with the goal of improving the satisfaction of farmers’ farmland transfer in Taihu County.Strengthen the awareness of cultivated land transfer from the three main levels of the government,farmers and agricultural enterprises;improve the price management system for cultivated land transfer from the four aspects of price evaluation,publicity,restriction and feedback;improve the three aspects of information service platform,intermediary service agency and platform cooperation relationship Cultivated land transfer service platform;strengthen the incentive effect of cultivated land transfer from funds,policies and social security;broaden the employment channels of the agricultural population from the three aspects of employment service platform,farmers’ vocational training and the development of labor-intensive industries.
