Abstract/Summary:
Objective: The development of ecological animal husbandry based on cattle and sheep is one of the 12 dominant characteristic industries in our province.Ziyun County has a tradition of raising black goats. In order to find out the status of digestive tract parasite infection of black goats in this county, put forward effective prevention and control measures to reduce the economic loss caused by disease factors, this investigation was carried outMethods: A total of 114 samples of fresh black goat feces were collected, and the eggs were detected and identified by the traditional and new methods of checking the eggs of digestive tract parasites. The main infection species, infection intensity and dominant species of digestive tract parasites in black goat were obtained.Results:(1)Of the 114 fecal samples,83 sheep feces detected parasite eggs, with a total infection rate of 72.8%.(2)A total of three parasite eggs were examined. The infection rate of nematodes was 55.3%,and that of coccidiosis and coccidiosis was8.8%,respectively.(3)Low-intensity infections were found in the insects, nematodes and coccidia.(4)Nematodes are dominant species.Conclusion:(1)Three species of nematodes, coccidiosis and coccidiosis were detected in 4 goat farms by 6 means of parasites egg examination.(2)Detection of parasite eggs by floating flotation box with high detection efficiency.(3)Although the nematodes, coccidiosis and sucking insects detected showed low intensity infection, the infection rate of nematodes was high, which could be regarded as the main dominant species threatening the healthy breeding of goats in Ziyun County at present,so we should focus on prevention.
