| Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb.f.,is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine produced in Sichuan Province.It has the pharmacological effects of hemostasis,anticancer and antibacterial.It has a good application tradition and market prospect.With the deepening of the research on pharmacological properties of Bletilla striata,its use is more and more extensive.Neijiang is a typical hilly area of Sichuan Basin,which has good conditions for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Bletilla striata and other Sichuan producing areas.Increasing the output of Bletilla striata in Neijiang City can improve the supply of Bletilla striata and promote the healthy development of local Bletilla striata industry.At present,China is short of land resources,so we can’t increase the output of Bletilla striata only by increasing the input of production factors,Therefore,the research on the technical efficiency of Bletilla striata production and its influencing factors can promote the maximization of existing technical production capacity,improve the utilization rate of production factors,tap the production potential of Neijiang Bletilla striata,and then improve the yield of Bletilla striata,and promote the healthy development of Neijiang Bletilla striata industry.Firstly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development process of Neijiang Bletilla striata industry,so as to grasp the current situation and problems of Neijiang Bletilla striata industry.Combined with the production data of Bletilla striata farmers obtained from field investigation,SFA analysis method is used to calculate the production technical efficiency of Bletilla striata in Neijiang,and elastic analysis is made on the input of various production factors in the production process.On this basis,the factors affecting the production technical efficiency of Bletilla striata are further discussed.The main research results are as follows: The development of Bletilla striata industry in Neijiang City has the advantages of natural resources,agricultural production foundation,government support and science and technology.At the same time,it faces the disadvantages of low specialization level,weak market competitiveness,small planting scale,backward cultivation technology,lack of leading enterprises,lack of brand effect and so on.Under the current situation,the development of Bletilla striata industry in Neijiang City has good policies,the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry in Neijiang City and market opportunities,but it also faces the challenges brought by market squeeze,product quality and diverse planting patterns.Processing the basic data of 239 farmers’ production of Bletilla striata,using the transcendental logarithmic production function model to calculate the technical efficiency of the production of Bletilla striata in Neijiang City.The results show that the average technical efficiency of the production of Bletilla striata in Neijiang City is 80.99%,and the technical efficiency loss is significant.By taking targeted measures to reduce the technical efficiency loss under the current production technology conditions,there is still 19.01% room for improvement of the technical efficiency of Bletilla striata.The analysis of the factors affecting the technical efficiency of Bletilla striata production shows that.Six indicators,such as farmers’ education level,farmers’ satisfaction with white and seedlings,income from planting Bletilla striata in total household income,planting area of Bletilla striata,training times of farmers,have positive effects on the technical efficiency of white and production.Farmers’ age,whether farmers’ families are affected or not have negative effects on dialogue and production technical efficiency.According to the research conclusions,the paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: Optimize the production environment of Bletilla striata and recruit young professionals with excellent professional knowledge;Actively organize drug farmers to participate in production training and improve their planting techniques;Implement the intensification of Bletilla striata and release the economies of scale;Strengthen the construction of natural disaster prevention system and enhance the ability to resist disasters;Accelerate the popularization of improved Bletilla striata seeds and methods according to local conditions. |
