Investigation And Analysis Of Medicinal Plant Resources In Some Areas Of Guangyuan And Evaluation Of The Adaptability Of Herba Lysimachiae In Sichuan Province

In this study,the actual situation of wild medicinal plant resources in some areas of Guangyuan(including Jiange county,Wangcang county,Cangxi county and Chaotian district,hereinafter referred to as Guangyuan area)was mastered through field investigation.The study on plant diversity and flora were carried out based on relevant literatures.As a genuine regional drug of Sichuan province,it is necessary to know its suitable distribution area of Herba Lysimachiae in Sichuan province.we obtained the information of the field distribution of the species,by consulting the websites of plant specimens such as CHV and relevant literature materials.Then evaluated the suitability of Herba Lysimachiae in Sichuan province by using Maxent model.In the end,the accuracy of the model was verified with the results of field investigation.On the basis of the above results,it provides scientific basis for the utilization and protection of medicinal plants in guangyuan area.The overall findings are as follows.1.There are 1136 medicinal plants in Guangyuan area,belonging to 560 genera and 151 families.There were 1046 species of seed plants,89 species of ferns and 1species of bryophytes.2.According to the classification of medicinal parts,1136 kinds of medicinal plants can be classified into 11 kinds such as root and rhizome,whole-plant,seed and friut.Among them,whole-plant are the main species,with 590 species.The second is root and rhizome medicinal,with plants 353 species.3.The life forms of medicinal plants in Guangyuan area are rich and varied.Among them,perennialherbs with 593 species are the main species,followed by shurbs and biennial plants.4.The number and proportion of genera containing a single species,families containing a single genus and families containing a few genera(2-5)are large in Guangyuan area which indicates that the area is rich in plant groups.The geographical composition of the study area is complex.There are 10 Areal-types and 12 sub-types of families of seed plants and are 15 Areal-types and 18 sub-types of genera of seed plants.The medicinal floras in Guangyuan area are mainly tropical and temperate,containing some ancient components and low degree of endemic components.5.The Maxent model and Arcgis application were used to study the suitable distribution of Herba Lysimachiae.The results showed that the growth area of Herba Lysimachiae was mainly distributed in northeast Sichuan.The accuracy of the model was verified with the results of field investigation,which is basically consistent with the field investigation results.It is indicated that the Maxent model is accurate for the division of the suitable area of Herba Lysimachiae.6.There are abundant medicinal plants in Guangyuan area.The protection of these medicinal plant resources is conducive to the subsequent drug development and scientific research.In the field investigation,it was found that some rare and endangered species were rarely distributed,mainly because of the exploitation of medicinal plants and habitat damage.For this reason,we propose to strengthen the management,circumstances allow the circumstances can be adopted in situ protection,remote protection methods.
