Application Of HACCP System In Establishment Of The Main Auricularia Auricula Producing Areas In Hebei Province

As one of the key poverty alleviation industries in Hebei Province,the cultivation scale of Auricularia auricula is increasing.Based on the development expectation of its processing value-added,it is increasingly important to control the quality and safety of A.auricula primary products.HACCP system is the most economical and effective food safety management system.It can prevent or reduce the harm in the production process to acceptable level through corresponding control measures to ensure the safety of the final product.According to the basic principle of HACCP,this paper analyzes the harm of the production process in the main A.auricula production area of Hebei Province by consulting literature and field investigation.There are six critical control points were determined by using the critical control point judge tree,and combining with the main problems in the main production area of A.auricula,including the selection of raw materials,preparation of strains,the vegetative growth stage,the reproductive growth stage,the collection and processing of A.auricula and the treatment of mushrooom bran.Then establish critical limits and corrective measures.Finally,a complete set of HACCP quality and safety management system was formed.in main Hebei Province A.auricula production area,and the HACCP quality and safety management regulations for production was formulated.Thus to ensure the quality and safety of A.auricula,promote the creation and development of A.auricula advantage area in Hebei Province.In order to alleviate the non-point source pollution caused by a large amount of waste bacterial bran and study the resource exploitation of mushroom bran.The contents of Gibberellin and IAA in the A.auricula bran were determined by spectrophotometry,the result show that the content of Gibberellin was 45.69 μg/g,and the recovery rate was 98.28% with standard addition;the content of IAA was 38.20 μg/g,recovery was 94.70%,There are Gibberellin and IAA in the bran of A.auricula were indicated.In test promotion of lettuce cultivation with A.auricula bran,it was found that plant height,root length,leaf number and fresh weight were higher than those of control group,by measuring of morphological indexes of lettuce under bran of A.auricula.The results showed that A.auricula bran could promote the growth of lettuce and increase its yield.It provided a reference example for the exploitation and utilization of A.auricula bran.The preliminary results of the germination of purple rape by A.auricula bran,were that the highest germination rate of cultivated purple rape reached 87.17%,the germination index reached 14.27 and the germination potential of 57.78% when the amount of A.auricula bran was 20%.It indicated that a certain proportion of A.auricula bran can promote the germination of purple rape.
