Chinese traditional virtues are the main content of C hinese traditional culture and the precious spiritual wealth created by ancestors.The moral and the rule of law course in junior middle school is the main front of the campus for the moral education of junior middle school students.The implementation of Chinese traditional virtue education in the course of morality and the rule of law in junior high school highlights the educational essence of discipline education,which is of great value to the development of the core accomplishment of junior high school students,the promotion of socialist core values,and the promotion of the inheritance and development of excellent traditional culture."Morality and the rule of law,however,by designing the junior high school > class implementation of the C hinese traditional virtue educ ation questionnaire for junior middle school students the relevant investigation,design the junior middle school" morality and the rule of law > class to implement the C hinese traditional virtue education interview outline for junior middle school political teacher interviews,found that "morality and the rule of law" under the background of the new era of junior high school class implement the C hinese traditional virtue education exist the following problems: The C hinese traditional virtue education teaching target is not clear,insufficient teaching content of Chinese traditional virtue education system,the Chinese traditional virtue education activity design is not appropriate,the C hinese traditional virtue education teaching evaluation is not perfect,the C hinese traditional virtue education student participation is not high,and the causes of these problems mainly include: political teacher needs to improve the Chinese traditional virtue education literacy,the Chinese traditional virtue education teaching resources utilization rate is low,junior high school "morality and the rule of law" course teaching evaluation is relatively single,student’s study is biased.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward the fo llowing countermeasures: studying curriculum standards: clarifying the goal of C hinese traditional virtue education;Mining resources: enriching the content of traditional C hinese virtue education;Elaborate design: select the theme activity of C hinese traditional virtue education;Innovation evaluation: the multi-evaluation using C hinese traditional virtue education;Attach importance to the subject: give full play to the subject role of C hinese traditional virtue education.At the same time,taking the example of courtesy in the second frame of lesson 8,unit 4,volume 1,grade 8,the case study of the implementation of traditional Chinese virtue education in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school was carried out and introspection and exploration were conducted.
