Objectives To explore the the effect of VSD combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rh-AFGF)in the treatment of poor healing of incision wounds after sternotomy,so as to provide a more reasonable treatment scheme for poor healing of incision wounds after sternotomy. Methods Select between from September 2018 to September 2020 in tangshan gongren hospital,30 patients with poor healing of incision wounds after sternotomy and graded as grade II and III were selected as the research objects. The patinets were divided into control group(n=15)and experimental group(n=15)by random number table grouping method. After treatment, all patients actively controlled the underlying diseases and applied sensitive antibiotics. After thorough debridement and VSD suction, the control group was treated with VSD alone, and the experimental group was treated with VSD combined with rh-AFGF,and in the daily fixed time by the flushing tube injection of rhAFGF 20 ml.After 10 days of treatment, the VSD negative pressure suction device was removed and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results In terms of granulation tissue growth rating points(3.20±0.67 VS 1.87±0.74,P=0.00),wound healing time days(18.20±1.69 VS 28.00±3.48,P=0.00),usage times of VSD device(1.20±0.41 VS 2.00±0.75,P=0.00),experience group are superior to the control group,P<0.05,and so the difference is statistically significant. In terms of wound bacterial infection rate(20% vs 33.33%,P=0.41)and drainage tube blockage rate(7.14%vs 20%,P=0.28),there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,P>0.05,and so the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions The VSD combined with rh-AFGF is one of the effective methods to treat the poor healing of incision wounds after sternotomy, compared with the control group,it has obvious advantages in promoting the growth of granulation tissue in the wound, reducing the use of VSD,and shortening the wound healing time, which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical work.Figure6;Table4;Reference 106...
