| Objective: To investigate the levels of Malondialdehyde(MDA)and Superoxide in peripheral blood of patients with Chronic periodontitis(CP)and Coronary heart disease(CHD)The level of dismutase,SOD),and the correlation between dismutase and clinical biochemical indexes of CHD was analyzed. Methods: A total of 85 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology and Stomatology of Xinjiang Uy gur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 wer e collected as the research subjects, including 21 patients in the control group,16 patients in the CP group,23 patients in the CHD group, and 25 patients in the C P with CHD group.General information such as age, gender and other information of all the subjects were collected, and periodontal examination was performed.Th e Probing depth(PD)and Bleeding index(BI)of periodontal pocket were recorded.Clinical biochemical indexes of coronary heart disease were collected from all sub jects, and the concentrations of MDA and SOD in serum were detected by ELISA.The differences of periodontal parameters, clinical biochemical indexes and laborat ory indexes of coronary heart disease among all groups were compared by SPSS24.0 statistical software, and the correlation analysis was conducted. To explore the cl inical significance of MDA and SOD in patients with CP and CHD.Results:(1)Periodontal indexes: PD and BI indexes of CP group and CP with CHD group we re higher than those of control group and CHD group, and PD and BI indexes of CP with CHD group were higher than those of chronic periodontitis group, the dif ference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).PD and BI indexes of control group and CHD group were not significantly different(P > 0.05).(2)There were no si gnificant differences in body mass index,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, creatine kinase and C-reactive protein(CRP)among all groups(P > 0.05).(3)MDA in CP with CHD group was higher than that in other groups(P <0.05).MDA was positively correlated with BI(r =0.411,P < 0.05),but had no co rrelation with PD and CRP(P >0.05).Conclusions:MDA is significantly increased and SOD is decreased in patients with CP and CHD,suggesting that the level of oxidative stress is enhanced and the antioxidant capacity is weakened in patients with CP and CHD. |
