Objective:To observe the effect of thepay of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction in treating thin endometrial infertility with kidney deficiency syndrome.Build the rat model with thin endometrium,analyze the effects of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction on endometrial histomorphology and expression of superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1)and glutathione peroxidase1(GPX1)in rats.To investigate the efficacy of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction in improving the receptive capacity of thin endometrium in the aspect of oxidative stress(OS),and to provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment of thin endometrium.Methods:Clinical studies selected 60 patients with thin Endometrial kidney deficiency syndrome who enter frozen-thawed embryo transferwere divided into two groups according to the method of SPSS21.0 software random number table,30 cases of observation group(Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction+Bujiale)and 30 cases of control group(Bujiale).By observing two groups TCM syndrome score,serum estradiol(E2)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)level,endometrial thickness,type of endometrium,endometrial volume,endometrial vascularization index,endometrial blood flow index,endometrial vascular blood flow index,pulsation index,resistance index before and after treatment,and clinical pregnancy rate.Experiments with rats as the research object,18 SD rats were divided into there groups,which uniform number and measured weight according to the method of random number table,each group of 6 SD rats,divided into control group,model group(building),Chinese medicine group(building+Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction),compare three groups of endometrial tissue morphological changes of rats by hematoxylin-eosin staining,and the expression difference of SOD1 and GPX1 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:Clinical study:1.TCM syndrome score:The difference between the observational group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups after treatment showed that the TCM syndrome score in the observational group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The day of HCG ultrasonic indicators:Observational group and control group after treatment HCG day intrauterine membrane thickness,volume,endometrial blood flow,arterial blood flow was also improved,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),and compared between groups after treatment,improved observational group is better than that of control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in endometrial typing between the observation group and the control group on HCG days after treatment(P>0.05);3.Serum E2and SOD on HCG day:There were statistically significant differences between the observational group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of serum E2and SOD on HCG day in the observational group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experiments on animals:1.The thickness and histomorphology of the endometrium in rats:Compared with the control group,the endometrium in the model group was significantly thinner,and the number of glands and blood vessels decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the endometrium in the TCM group was significantly thickened,and the number of glands and blood vessels was increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);2.The expressions of SOD1 and GPX1 in the endometrium of rats:Compared with the control group,the expressions of SOD1 and GPX1 in the combination group model were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05));The expressions of SOD1 and GPX1 were increased in the TCM group compared with the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the FET cycle,the application of Yangjing zhongyu decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency in patients with thin endometrium infertility with kidney deficiency syndrome,increase the thickness of endometrium,increase the levels of serum E2and SOD,improve endometrium blood flow,regulate the body’s antioxidant status,and increase the clinical pregnancy rate.2.Modified Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction can improve endometrium thickness and increase the expression of SOD1 and GPX1 in the endometrium of rats,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of oxidative stress level in rats.
