Observation On The Effect Of Ningxinhewei Recipe In Treating Unstable Angina

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Ningxinhewei Recipe on unstable angina pectoris,to explore its mechanism of action,and to provide clinical evidence for the prescription and medication of diseases.Methods: Sixty eligible patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into two groups: group A was treated with indobufen and clopidogrel as antithrombotic therapy;group B was treated with Ningxin and wei prescription on the basis of group A for 3 months.Finally,the symptoms,platelet function results,liver and kidney function and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the three groups were compared.Results:In terms of relieving TCM symptoms,the total effective rates of A and B groups were 83.3% and 96.7%,respectively.Group B was better than group A.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were reduced(P<0.05).The comparison in group A was more significant(P<0.05);in terms of relieving angina,the effective rates of the two groups were 100% and 100%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,the effective rates of treatment in the two groups were80% and 93.3%,respectively.After treatment,the treatment effect of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05).In terms of the time of taking proton pump inhibitors,group B took significantly less time than group A(P<0.05).In terms of anti-platelet aggregation rate,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).In summary,group B is better than group A in improving symptoms of coronary heart disease and reducing gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by drugs.Conclusion:The effect of indobuprofen was similar to that of aspirin,and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions was significantly reduced.Ningxin and Weifang can better relieve the symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract caused by drugs.It plays a good role in improving the quality of life and prognosis of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
