| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ziyu ointment combined with Zhongtong’an capsule in the treatment of anal sinusitis downward flow of damp-heat.Method:1 All the subjects were from January 2018 to January 2020.They were outpatients of anorectal Department of Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.2 120 cases of anal sinusitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,60 cases in the experimental group were treated with Ziyu ointment combined with Zhongtong’an capsule,60 cases in the control group were treated with metronidazole sodium chloride injection 50 ml and gentamicin sulfate injection160000 u.Treatment: lying on the left side,test group: twice a day,8ml a time;control group: once a day.14 days as a course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment,followed up for 1 month.There were 1 case in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group,117 cases in total,including 59 cases in the experimental group and 58 cases in the control group.3 At the end of the treatment course,the pain,distention,anal congestion and edema,long-term effect and safety indexes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.4 Statistical analysis: spss21.0 statistical software is used to analyze and process the data.If the data is normal,it is represented by t test,mean ±standard deviation;if it is not normal,it is represented by nonparametric test,it is represented by median and interquartile spacing;if it is classified into two categories,it is represented by chi square test.Result:1 After statistical analysis,there were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,severity of disease,pre-treatment pain score,swelling score,hyperemia and edema score between the two groups(P >0.05).2 By nonparametric test,the two groups were compared after treatment:pain score(P < 0.05),anal distention score(P < 0.05),hyperemia and edema score(P < 0.05).Before and after treatment,the pain score,anal distention score,hyperemia and edema score were statistically different and comparable,indicating that the two groups were effective in treating anal pain,anal distention and hyperemia and edema.3 By nonparametric test,the two groups were compared after treatment:pain score(P < 0.05),anal distention score(P > 0.05),hyperemia and edema score(P > 0.05).After treatment,the pain score was statistically different and comparable,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in treating anal pain.There was no statistical difference in anal distention and hyperemia and edema after treatment,and the two groups had similar effect.4 At the end of the treatment,22 cases were cured,19 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.5%;10 cases were cured,27 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 80.2%,the two groups were tested by non parameter test Z =-0.674,P = 0.500(P > 0.05),The results showed that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,and the curative effect was similar,but in terms of the number of cured cases and the total effective rate,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.5 The patients in the two groups were followed up for one month.The recurrence rate of 9 cases in the experimental group was 15.25%,11 cases in the control group was 18.97%,and χ2= 0.284,P = 0.631(P > 0.05)by chi square test.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of disease recurrence,and the long-term treatment effect was equivalent.But the number and recurrence rate of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group.6 Route of administration: in the experimental group,the drug was administered through anus and injected directly into the anus,which was simpler than that of the control group.7 Safety analysis: before and after treatment,the blood routine,urine routine,stool routine + occult blood,liver function,kidney function and ECG examination results of the test group and the control group were normal,and there was no obvious adverse reaction after treatment of anal sinusitis in the test group and the control group,which was safe.Conclusion:1 Ziyu ointment combined with Zhongtong’an capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of anal sinusitis,and it is better than the control group in the treatment of anal sinusitis and anal pain.2 Ziyu ointment combined with Zhongtong’an capsule has a higher total effective rate in the treatment of anal sinusitis of damp heat injection type,and the recurrence rate is lower than that of the control group.3 The method is simple and convenient.4 Ziyu ointment combined with Zhongtong’an capsule is safe in the treatment of anal sinusitis of damp heat injection type,which is worth further study and clinical promotion. |
