Clinical Research Of Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment In Treatment For Postoperative Wound Of Low-Position Simple Anal Fistula (Syndrome Of Downward Transmission Of Dampness And Heat)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment in treating postoperative wound healing of low-position simple anal fistula(Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat)Methods:100 patients with low-position simple anal fistula(Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat)who were hospitalized in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2022,who accord the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Babao Hemorrhoids Ointment gauze dressing,and the control group was given petrolatum gauze dressing.The wound pain,secretions,and granulation edema were observed on the 1st,7th,14th and21st day.The wound healing rate on the 7th,14th and 21st day and the total curative effect on the21st day were calculated,and the final wound healing time was recorded during follow-up.Record the scores of each symptom in a table,use SPSS 23.0 software to analyze the data statistically,and draw conclusions.Results:1.Wound pain:Compare the wound pain between treatment group and control group on the7th,14th and 21st day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the wound pain score of the corresponding observation nodes in the treatment group was more significantly relieved than that in the control group.2.Granulation edema:On the 1st and 21st day,the scores of granulation edema were all 0,and no comparison was needed.on the 7th day,the scores difference between treatment group and control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);on the 14th day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was better at inhibiting granulation edema in the mid-term.3.Wound secretion:The scores of wound secretion in the treatment group on the 1st,7th,14th and 21st day were 6,4,2 and 0 respectively,and that in the control group were 6,6,4 and 2respectively.Compare that on the 1st and 7th day,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);On the 14th and 21st day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating the secretion in the treatment group were less than that in the control group,and it was more obvious in the middle and late stages of the healing process.4.Wound area and healing rate:(1)The wound area in the treatment group on the 7th,14th and21st day were 10,5,and 2cm~2respectively,and that in the control group were 9,7and 4cm~2respectively.Compare that on the 7th day,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);On the 14th and 21st day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating the effect(in the middle and late)of improving the wound healing in the treatment group was better than those of the control group.(2)Compare the wound healing rate,the difference on the 7th day was not statistically significant(P>0.05).On the 14th and 21st day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating the wound healing rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group,.5.Overall curative effect:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96%,among them,36 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.That in the control group was 85%,among them,17 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective and 7cases were ineffective.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment has exact curative effect and can effectively promote wound healing.6.Wound healing time:The healing time of the treatment group was in the range of 16-38days,and the average healing time was 27 days,and that of the control group was in the range of24-38 days,and the average healing time was 31 days.The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Babao Hemorrhoids Ointment can significantly promote the postoperative wound healing in patients with low-position simple anal fistula(Syndrome of Downward Transmission of Dampness and Heat),especially in the improvement of symptoms such as middle and late pain,granulation edema and wound secretions.2.Babao Hemorrhoids Ointment has no adverse reactions such as skin allergies in clinical application,and its safety is good.
