| Objective: To retrospectively analyze the risk factors of gastric polyps in patients with gastric polyps who were admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University, through a questionnaire survey, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of gastric polyps.Method: Select 240 patients with gastric polyps who underwent gastroscopy and diagnosed by gastroscopy biopsy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from January 1,2015 to January 1,2020,as the case group, and selected the same period of gastroscopy without diagnosis 240 patients with gastric polyps served as controls. The general demographic data, life and behavior patterns, concomitant diseases, use of proton pump inhibitor(PPI),Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection results, gastric polyps family Statistics and retrospective analysis of historical data.Result:1.Analysis of related factors showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in women, body mass index, smoking, drinking alcohol, temperature of drinking water, amount of fruit and vegetable, physical exercise and anxiety,PPI drug use,HP infection, high lipoprotein, family history of gastric polyps, etc.(P < 0.05).2.Logistic regression analysis showed that there were differences between the two groups in women,BMI≥ 24kg/m2,drinking water temperature, smoking, alcohol consumption,long-term oral PPI,fruit consumption, vegetable consumption, physical exercise, hyperlipoprotein, positive Hp infection, family history of gastric polyps, and anxiety.3.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female,BMI ≥ 24kg/m2,smoking,drinking alcohol, drinking hot water, anxiety, positive Hp infection,long-term use of PPI,high lipoprotein, and family history of gastric polyps were risk factors for gastric polyps.Eating more fruits and vegetables and doing more physical exercises are the protective factors for gastric polyps.4.The single factor with statistical significance was compared with the pathological type, quantity and distribution of gastric polyps.1)The hypertrophic polyp group and the control group were analyzed. The results showed that smoking, drinking alcohol, water temperature, amount of fruit, physical exercise,anxiety,hyperlipoproteemia,long-term oral PPI,HP infection, family history of gastric polyps were closely related to the occurrence of hypertrophic polyps.2)Analysis of inflammatory polyp group and control group showed that smoking, the amount of fruit and vegetable,long-term oral PPI,HP infection, family history of gastric polyps and the incidence of inflammatory polyps were correlated.3)Analysis of fundus polyp group and control group showed that the occurrence of fundus polyp was correlated with women,BMI,smoking, alcohol consumption, fruit consumption, physical exercise, anxiety, high lipoprotein,long-term oral PPI,HP infection and family history.4)Analysis of the adenomatous polyp group and the control group showed that smoking, drinking water temperature, anxiety, family history,long-term oral PPI were related to a certain degree.5)There was no correlation between the distribution location of gastric polyps and related factors.6)The number of gastric polyps was positively correlated with the use of PPI,and the generation of multiple polyps may be related to the long-term use of PPI drugs. Conclusion: Females,BMI ≥ 24,long-term smoking history,long-term use of PPI,HP infection positive, anxiety, and family history of gastric polyps are recommended to complete gastroscopy. Therefore, maintaining good living habits and regular review of gastroscopy can reduce the incidence of gastric polyps. |
