| Since the reform and opening up,the development of marketization has affected all aspects of our life,and it is also difficult for the film industry to resist the development trend of diversification of creative themes and marketization of film production.Before the advent of the Internet era,there was a huge gap between commercial films and independent films,which was difficult to balance.With the development of the Internet,more and more film festivals and film-on-demands make independent films that could only be spread on a small scale to be seen by the public again.Zhang Ming,“the sixth generation" director,is the "new star " of theatrical film,whose film finally has the opportunity to enter the public view.Zhang Ming has been making films for more than20 years.Although his works are little known,he still insists on using his own way to express the spirit of nobody living in the world of upheaval.What is worth mentioning is that his attention has not left his hometown-Wushan Mountain.“ Series of Wushan Mountain” of Zhang Ming run through different periods of social development in China,showing the changes of urban space and the spiritual world of people in different eras.This paper focuses on Zhang Ming and his works,trying to explore the commonness and characteristics of "Series of Wushan Mountain" through the interpretation of his works.A man’s works have close relationship with his growth environment and personality.He has lived in Wushan Mountain since childhood.As a result,the mystery of Wushan Mountain has been immersed in the temperament of Zhang Ming,which originates from the heterotopia that Zhang Ming designs in the film.This paper mainly analyzes "Series of Wushan Mountain" of Zhang Ming-In Expectation,Weekend Plot,China Affairs,The Moment of Pluto,and discusses the specific contents,causes and expressions of heterotopia in the "Series of Wushan Mountain".Zhang Ming’s growth experience and work are reviewed in the second chapter.Combining Michel Foucault’ s "heterotopia",the reason and manifestation of the heterotopia,in "Series of Wushan Mountain" are analyzed in the third chapter.In the fourth chapter,this paper discusses the image expression of the heterotopia in the "Series of Wushan Mountain" and systematically interprets the expression of the heterotopia in Zhang Ming’s film from the following aspects-audio-visual language,performance and director’s improvisation and other aspects.This paper takes a new angle of view to interpret Zhang Ming’s film,analyzes the hidden meaning behind his obscure works and the way of creating the heterotopia in the film,which adds new cognition to the study of Zhang Ming’s theory. |
