A Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services Of Suixi County Government In Anhui Province

The supply of public cultural services in rural areas is the most difficult point in constructing a public cultural service system under rural revitalization and governance.The living standards of rural areas and the spiritual and cultural demands of rural residents have shown a step-by-step growth trend,which has become increasingly strong.Therefore,the research on rural public cultural service supply has strong research value both in theory and practice.Suixi County,Anhui Province has a good economic foundation and distinctive cultural characteristics.This article takes Suixi County as a research case,using the new public service theory,demand theory and the "service triangle model" as an analytical tool to construct an analysis framework of the rural public cultural service supply in Suixi County Government,and comprehensively using the literature analysis method and survey research method to explore related issues from the perspectives of rural residents’ cultural needs,local cultural supply policies,supply subjects,supply methods,supply content and supply security.Based on the evidence of field investigation,statistical analysis of the actual state of rural public cultural service supply is conducted.Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis are used to analyze the supply and demand status and satisfaction in turn to obtain and found some problems in the supply of rural public cultural services in Suixi County.There are some problems in its supply,mainly including imbalances between supply and demand,inconsistencies in effectiveness,less effect,insufficient investment in construction funds,out-of-range supply decisions and lack of service personnel.Then further analyze the reason and proceed comprehensively from the internal and external aspects of the countryside.Therefore,on the basis of the above,combined with relevant theories,the optimization path of the rural public cultural service supply of Suixi County Government is proposed from the aspects of government’s own construction,rural internal development,rural residents’ cultural needs and supply security system.
