| With the increase of people’s income and the development of living standards,self-driving tourism is rapidly emerging and showing a rapid development trend in China.That is to say,the tourism demand and tourism model of Chinese tourists are also changing,that is,tourists pay more attention to leisure culture and tourism experience.In such a large tourism environment,scenic byway meets the leisure and entertainment travel experience of tourists by converting the tourism cost of tourists into tourism revenue.Therefore,scenic byway has attracted more and more tourists’ attention and appreciation,and has become a new type of tourist destination-a linear tourist destination.As a member of the road system,scenic byway is not only a product of road development,but also a tourism product that conforms to China’s national policies,people’s needs and tourism trends.The planning and design of scenic byway sign system discussed in this article belongs to the micro-planning of scenic byways.It is also an important part of scenic byway planning.The author comprehensively uses point-axis development theory,visual semiotic theory,tourist perception theory,ergonomics theory and dynamic visual psychology theory,combined with literature analysis,field observation and interview methods,through theoretical research and practical research,explores how to integrate the Yanbian Korean folk symbols with Yanji-Hunchun Scenic Byway sign system.The symbolized Korean folk culture makes Yanji-Hunchun Scenic Byway’s distinctive regional culture and rich ethnic customs finally form a personalized scenic byway logo system.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the construction of the scenic byway sign system.The author takes the relatively mature sign system theory of scenic byways in the United States as the main reference basis,and through the comparative research of existing scenic byway sign systems at home and abroad,constructs the scenic byway sign system in China.The second part is the study of the Korean folk characteristics.Based on the brand image positioning of the area of Yanji-Hunchun Scenic Byway,the investigation of the folk characteristics was carried out.The third part is a field survey which conducted on Yanji-Hunchun Scenic Byway to summarize the current status of the construction of Yanji-Hunchun Scenic Byway.The fourth part is planning and design research.Based on the Yanbian Korean folk culture explored in the previous part,the representative Korean folk elements information was further extracted to design Korean folk symbols.Combining the folk symbols with the scenic byway signs,the personalized design of Yanji-Hunchun Scenic Byway sign system was carried out. |
