China has always been attracting countless Chinese learners by its long standing history and great ancient civilization.In the Chinese teaching for foreigners,the relationship between cultural teaching and language skill teaching has always been an important subject in academic field.This paper takes the cultural element of Chinese traditional festivals as an entry point,and combines Chinese traditional culture with language skills learning for curriculum design,expecting to be of a useful exploration for class teaching practice of Chinese as a foreign language.From the perspective of teaching theory and teaching practice,this paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the paper topic,studies its research status,and concludes with my views and opinions on this topic.The teaching design,based on the textbook "Cultural Panorama-Intermediate Chinese Course",introduces the the textbook in an overview in four aspects from the overall situation of the textbook,unit design,vocabulary and grammar arrangement,to after-class exercises and activities.Furthermore,the paper makes a front-end analysis on the first lesson "Traditional Festivals" selected from "Cultural Panorama-Intermediate Chinese Course"(Part 1).This part mainly states the selection principles of the teaching content in this teaching design,and analyses the teaching content,teaching objects,teaching principles,teaching methods,teaching important points and difficulties,teaching tools and teaching hours arrangement in detail.On this basis of which,the specific teaching links design,as the main part of this paper,is carried out and elaborated step by step.Finally,the author makes a self-teaching evaluation for this teaching design from the perspective of conclusive evaluation and formative evaluation.
