Research On Locality Construct Of Taiwan Cultural And Creative Communities

The community,as the basic unit of people’s lives,embodies the same cultural emotions in the same geographical context.Taiwan combines government resources and social forces,and integrates the spontaneous power of people everywhere to mobilize residents’ feelings about their homes,thereby developing local cultural industries with local characteristics.This study uses functional division criteria,focusing on cultural and creative communities,taking the three cultural and creative communities in northern Taiwan as cases,discussing three local cultural industrialization methods,and trying to grasp the overall situation.They are: Keelung Jinpenglai community,Taoyuan Shanbi community,and Taipei Guangnengli community.In the process of local community construction,the participating social construction entities are based on community resources,oriented on "problems",coordinating multi-organizational relationships,and mobilizing community residents to actively participate in it,and collaborating in the process of "screw forward",explore and establish the path of community cultural industrialization to complete the renewal and transformation of the local community.This research adopts the methods of field investigation and empirical research,using time series as the longitude and space as the latitude,observing its phased measures,analyzing its construction concept,observing the local cultural creation process of the Taiwan cultural and creative community,and exploring its local cultural industrialization model.Sum up and learn from successful experience and lessons,as a mirror of the mainland cultural and creative communities and rural development.
