Research Of Distribution Pattern And Influencing Factors Of Rural Residential Areas In Qingyazhai National Nature Reserve

Under the background of the scarcity of land resources in the nature reserve,this study analyzed the distribution of rural residential land in Qingyazhai National Nature Reserve,guided the rational layout of rural residential land in the reserve,promoted the efficient use of rural residential land in the reserve,and reduced the loss and negative impact of rural residential land expansion on land resources.Under the guidance of settlement geography,human land relationship and landscape ecology theory,this study focuses on the influencing factors of rural residential land layout and the current landscape characteristics of Qingyazhai Nature Reserve under the guidance of settlement geography,human land relationship and landscape ecology theory,so as to optimize the layout of rural residential land in Qingyazhai Nature Reserve It has certain theoretical and practical significance to improve the scientificity and rationality of rural residential land layout planning in Qingyazhai Nature Reserve.The main contents and conclusions of this research include such things:(1)Analysis of the current situation of land use in Reserve.The results show that the proportion of rural residential land in the reserve is small,the per capita area of rural residential land is low,and the intensity of rural residential land is poor.(2)Analyze the landscape characteristics of the layout of rural residential land in the reserve.The results show that the average patch area of rural residential land in the reserve is small,the patch density is higher,the patch fragmentation index is higher,and the land use of rural residential land is too scattered.Villages with a higher average patch area in rural residential land have higher per capita annual income.(3)Study the influence of aspect,altitude,transportation,social development,population structure and other factors on the distribution pattern of rural residential land in the reserve.It is found that the residential areas are mostly distributed in areas with an altitude of 800-1100 m,with a slope to the south and close to the road.(4)Research on the optimization of the land use layout of rural residential areas in the reserve.According to the different basic conditions of the settlements themselves,different optimization methods for central villages,basic villages,and sporadic settlements are proposed,and different key optimization work plans for different periods of the optimization process are proposed.
