Study On The Temporal-Spatial Pattern And The Influence Factors Of Outward Population Of Xuzhou Township

Since the reform and opening policy, the quantity of the floating population in ourcountry increases massively along with the econnomical develepment and the loosemanagement of household register system, most of them were outward employmentpopulation. The output regions, which plays a crucial role in the development of theoutput regions, urbanization and the region social economy development, is the sourceof the outward employment population, and is also the source of rural labor economy.Jiangsu is an economic big province, a big agricultur province and a big laborprovince, however, it is showed a remarkable regional difference, especially NorthJiangsu,which has the weakest economy, agricultural economy account for relativelyhigh proportion, rural labor has rich resources,and it is still a striking problem.This thesis enters into the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of theoutward employment population from geographic aspect,which is the nuclear of thisthesis. Based on the date of2004and2009, the thesis and centering on the temporaland spatial variation characteristics of the outward employment population. Researchshows that: On the whole, specific gravity of the outward employment population ofXuzhou Area to wnship wavelike rises; In space pattern,it is increased outward the city;Its spatial distribution was gobbet, with the high value region mainly existed in andaround the city and southeast, which mainly manifested as the rate and density of theoutward employment population in west is gradually increase along southeast; Thedistribution pattern almost no changes; There is unbalance in the distribution of theoutward employment population. Rate of the outward employment population of eachvillage and town remained unchanged from a downstream firm to a upstream firm. Thecenter of the distribution of the outward employment population moved to southeastfrom the city, the specific gravity bcame biger and biger. Distribution pattern villageand town with the same density of the outward employment population changed a lot.The distribution of the outward employment population was affected not only by oneor several factors, but also by more complex factors. Conclusively, the economical levelis high, the specific gravity is big, but it was not absolute,other factors such as traffic, the agricultural level and condition, the age and cultural level of peasants themselvesaffected the distribution pattern in different ways. It is showed that the influencedfactors are many and much more complex.
