In recent years,influenced by the rapid development of emerging information technologies such as mobile internet,big data,and artificial intelligence,the form of education has also developed towards multimedia and information technology.Online Chinese teaching has quickly entered people’s vision and has become a new focus of the current education industry.Although the development of teaching is not yet mature,it has realized the transition from the formation stage to the development stage,and the domestic Chinese interactive online teaching is developing rapidly.As one of the most frequently used teaching methods in the second language teaching method,the situational teaching method often receives good results in offline classrooms,so it is widely used in offline classrooms.Apply situational teaching to online classrooms,combine it with traditional Chinese teaching,use the advantages of the Internet in the teaching process,and give full play to the advantages of situational teaching,so that Chinese teaching is not just the teacher’s language input and traditional mechanical repetitive exercises,but also various applications.The situation guides learners to learn actively,complete exercises on their own,and cultivate their awareness of proactively solving problems and exploring unknown things.The application of situational teaching in online classrooms aims to create a relaxed and interesting classroom atmosphere,and display knowledge through a variety of interesting forms to enhance learners’ interest in learning Chinese and achieve good teaching results.The author teaches at an online Chinese teaching institution,referred to as "W Institution".The institution was founded in Auckland,New Zealand in 2016,and has a product research and development center and a teacher base in Chengdu,China.The organization focuses on providing Chinese online teaching for overseas Chinese children aged 4-15.This article takes the Chinese children learners of Chinese comprehensive courses taught by the author at Wukong Chinese Institute as the research object,applies the situational teaching method to the elementary comprehensive Chinese lessons to design teaching plans,and discovers the advantages of the situational teaching method in online teaching.As well as the problems and shortcomings in the implementation process,I hope it can provide a new idea for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The research is divided into six parts:The first chapter mainly elaborates the meaning of the topic,research status,research content,and research methods of this article.The second chapter analyzes and elaborates the related concepts,characteristics,principles and teaching methods of the situational teaching method,and then clarifies the theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter elaborates and analyzes the relevant elements of teaching design,summarizes the environment and characteristics of online teaching,and then explains the design ideas and steps of the teaching plan in this research,and then analyzes the teaching objects,lesson types and textbooks,and finally Explain the teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching important and difficult points,teaching aids and class hours allocation.The fourth chapter is divided into four sub-sections.The situational teaching method is applied to the elementary Chinese comprehensive course "My Body" of Enlightenment B.The four-hour teaching plan is designed,and the teaching steps and teaching content are shown in detail in the form of tables.Explain the design ideas and principles clearly.The fifth chapter mainly uses the formative evaluation method to evaluate the teaching plan of "My Body",and explains some reflections of the author’s situational teaching method.The last part is the conclusion,which mainly elaborates and summarizes the main content and research focus of this article.By comparing online teaching and offline teaching,summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching,and expounding that the author has conducted online teaching through this thesis.Teaching design is dedicated to making up for its shortcomings.
