| 8-9 years old is an important stage for children’s development of coordination ability.Hip-Hop focuses on the precise control of small muscle groups,and requires the coordination of body and trunk movements.Scientific training can effectively improve children’s coordination ability.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,video observation,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper selects Hip-Hop dance content and test indicators that are suitable for 8-9-year-old children’s learning,formulates training methods combined with coordination theory knowledge,and improves training programs according to expert guidance.By analyzing the test results of hand foot eye coordination,15 second rapid side step,10 second standing and lying support and on-site imitation Hip-Hop clips,this paper tests the effect of Hip-Hop training on the coordination of 8-9-year-old children.The purpose is to improve the coordination ability of8-9-year-old children,standardize the campus Hip-Hop teaching,and broaden the methods and ways of training coordination ability.The results show that:1.8-9 years old is the golden stage of children’s coordination development.The improvement of children’s coordination ability helps to enhance their ability to respond to emergencies and improve their performance in training and competition.Hip-Hop dance belongs to the trend movement,with meticulous and unexpected movements,boastful and novel performances,and various changes.It has project advantages in promoting the coordination ability of children aged 8-9.2.Because the primary action of Hip-Hop in the national popular Hip-Hop textbook is suitable for children with zero basic learning,it is selected as the training program for children aged 8-9.According to the sports training theory,the training methods of balance,orientation,reaction,rhythm,cognition and perception are formulated to improve the training quality.According to the degree of difficulty,it is divided into three parts: perception introduction,foundation construction and consolidation At the same time,it helps to improve the coordination ability step by step.3.The results showed that: after 12 weeks of Hip-Hop training,the test indexes of general coordination of children aged 8-9 were improved,with significant difference(P < 0.01).Among them,the hand foot eye coordination progress is the most obvious,the number of "excellent people" increased from 0 to 12,the number of mistakes decreased by 10.75 times for boys and 10.625 times for girls on average.This shows that children’s ability of self perception is enhanced,so that the coordination ability of nerve control muscle can be improved,and then the number of errors can be reduced.4.Secondly,the average increase times of fast side step in 15 seconds(about 2 times for boys and 2.5 times for girls),and the average increase times of standing and lying support in10 seconds(about 1.5 times for boys and 2.8 times for girls).The above data show that8-9-year-old children’s ability of orientation,balance,rhythm and reaction has been comprehensively improved,which improves children’s coordination ability and increases the number of test actions.The average increase of girls is higher than that of boys because girls’ physical development is earlier than boys.5.Movement proficiency is an important index to evaluate special coordination.Through the special test,the level of standard,fluency and rhythm of boys and girls’ movements has been improved from medium to good.The improvement of movement level reflects the enhancement of children’s special coordination ability at the age of 8-9;the texture of Hip-Hop dance is difficult and the training time is short,and the texture of movements has been improved slowly and maintained at the medium level.6.The average score of boys increased from 33 to 55,while that of girls increased from36.5 to 59.63.The grades of special events were raised from passing to medium,and the sports mistakes were gradually reduced.This shows that children aged 8-9 have improved their motor proficiency,motor ability and special coordination.7.The growth trend lines of 15 second rapid side step and 10 second standing and lying support for boys and girls are the largest in the second stage,indicating that the content of foundation construction is more reasonable;the score trend line of each stage in the special project rises steadily,indicating that the division of training content stage is more scientific,which is suitable for campus Hip-Hop teaching. |
