In recent years,many studies have demonstrated that exercise can effectively improve negative emotional experience.However,few studies have investigated the effect of resistance exercise on the individual's instant emotional experience.So,in this essay,I will show the result of my studies in which I took female college students as the objects for researching the impact of moderate-intensity elastic short-term resistance exercise on their emotional experience.The objects of the Study A are 100 female college students who are 18 to 24 years old.They were divided into two groups.One group involves the students who had practised anti-group exercise before.Another one involves those who didn't.I used the BFS,Self rating Anxiety Scale,Self Rating Depression Scale and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale to research their emotional experience when they were stimulated by something negative.The results showed that after watching negative-emotion movies,the female college students with resistance exercise experience had higher pleasure and calmness index than those who had not practised resistance exercise experience.And their degree of anger,anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those female students who had practised resistence exercise.Study B was conducted on 60 female college students aged 18 to 24 years who didn't like to do the exercise.They were randomly divided into groups of 30 female college students without exercise habits and used BFS,SAM Tables and Emotional Self-efficacy Scales to test them separately.First,the measurement was not only performed before they watching film that induced negative emotions after that.Second,the exercise group and the sitting group were subjected to do exercise and sit-in for 30 minutes,and the emotion measurement was performed every 10 minutes.Finally,the heart rate returned to the baseline level to measure emotions.The study found that the exercise group could improve negative emotions more quickly,produce positive emotions and maintain stability.In the period of 0 ~ 10 min,the emotion regulation ability is better.Based on the results above,the studies found that: 1)Female college students who have resistance experiences in exercise habits have better state of mind and can adjust negative emotions more quickly.2)They can be adjusted more quickly through short-term elastic resistance group exercises Emotions,and the mood remains stable.The best regulation ability is in the first 10 minutes of exercise.
