The Investigation Of Police’s Psychological Pressure And The Countermeasures

Mental health means that all aspects of the psychological process and activities are in a good or normal state,people are able to understand themselves correctly,control themselves properly and treat the external influence reasonably to make psychology in balance and coordination.Mental health research is mainly aimed at promoting people to face work and life with a good attitude.In the current context of rapid economic and social development and prominent social contradictions,for police officers,they face more stressors in their work and daily life.the incomplete intermediary system can not help resolve the intense pressure,making the police group one of the largest groups to bear the most psychological problems.Therefore,research on the mental health of this group is helpful to the study of the mental health of people with similar high psychological pressure,and to put forward targeted strategies to help mental health research and improve police administration.Starting from practical problems in work,based on relevant definitions and concepts of police psychological pressure,this paper expounded the theoretical and practical significance of the causes of police psychological pressure and the study of management strategies In this paper,the research achievements in this field at home and abroad were analyzed in a general way,the research methods and structure of the paper were clearly described,the sample investigation was carried out with Scl-90,the serious data analysis was carried out,the causes of the psychological pressure of the sampled policemen were obtained,and the sources of the pressure were analyzed.It was concluded that the psychological pressure of the police should be managed and channeled by adjusting the sources of pressure,optimizing the intermediary system,obtaining social support and strengthening physical exercise,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to introduce the people-oriented concept,improve mental health service and social support system for the police,and strengthen scientific management and education of them.There are still some problems,such as narrow research area,lack of data support,unclear analysis of pressure sources,incomplete management strategies and suggestions.On the basis of fully absorbing research results of police psychology at home and abroad,actual work and data analysis,this paper put forward the sources,countermeasures and suggestions for police psychological pressure,to promote the mental health work for the police in the new era so they can better complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the people and assume public security work and serve the historical mission of a new era.
