Chinese talent is the enrichment of Chinese culture for thousands of years.It reflects the wisdom of an era and a nation to a certain extent.The Confucius Institute has two main purposes when communicating Chinese as a foreign language.The first is to spread Chinese language,and the second is to spread Chinese culture.Chinese culture is abstract,and it often exists through some media,such as Chinese festivals,traditional customs,classical poetry,and Chinese talents.In domestic colleges and universities,the system of "spreading language" has become more and more perfect,but the dissemination of Chinese talents in Chinese culture does not seem to have attracted enough attention.As a strategic channel for the United Eurasian Land Bridge in the One Belt One Road and a transportation hub connecting the southwest and northwest,Gansu is also an important gateway for my country’s opening to the west and a strategic base for sub-regional cooperation.We should give full play to Gansu’s geographical advantages and vigorously move forward.Spread Chinese language and Chinese culture abroad.This article conducted a questionnaire survey on three universities in Gansu Province,namely Lanzhou University,Lanzhou Jiaotong University,and Northwest Normal University.The survey content involves curriculum settings,teaching conditions,and student learning.The survey shows that the three schools have inconsistencies in the curriculum setting,and the training programs are also slightly different.In terms of teaching conditions,we are satisfied with the teacher’s course content and teaching methods,but due to insufficient learning time,more course content,and lack of a good learning environment,the learning effect and the communication effect are not satisfactory.In terms of student academic conditions,most of the students pay more attention to Chinese talents,and they have also exerted a relatively strong subjective initiative,but they still have no confidence in spreading their talents overseas.In order to better complete the overseas dissemination of Chinese talents,the author puts forward some superficial suggestions in response to the above problems: First,improve the curriculum system,enrich the teaching methods,and build the school’s own core curriculum based on the diversification of the curriculum.,And clarify the discipline training objectives,and establish a scientific and effective assessment method.With the development of the times,you can make more use of network technology,combining online and offline teaching,and combining teaching and practice.Second,cooperation can be a win-win situation.We should strengthen communication and cooperation,share excellent teacher resources,teaching resources,teaching materials resources and practical resources,and jointly contribute our own strength to the major of Chinese international education.In the face of some outstanding skills that are about to be lost in Gansu Province and even in the country,we can properly use our professional strength to inherit,innovate and develop Chinese culture.Third,teachers are professionalized and teaching methods are diversified.Some talents require a certain foundation,and some regions have more professional requirements for talents.You can consider sending art students from some art colleges to serve as professional Chinese talent teachers.If you want to attract more students to learn Chinese talents,a variety of teaching methods are indispensable.Fourth,as the main body of communication,it is very important for students to give full play to their subjective initiative.They must make every effort to improve their Chinese talent teaching ability,subjective teaching ability and language expression ability.Fifth,as our main communication battlefield overseas,we should combine local needs to popularize and even professionalize Chinese talents.In this promotion process,to improve our communication ability,we also need to train a group of students with communication skills in China.Through research,it is hoped that it will help colleges and universities improve the curriculum of the Chinese Talent Course for Chinese International Education,and provide a good learning environment for Chinese talent;it will help raise the awareness of the importance of Chinese talent for Chinese International Education students and further enhance the university As well as the comprehensive competitiveness of students;I hope to provide new observation perspectives and solutions to the dilemma of the dissemination of Chinese culture,so that Chinese talents can be spread more widely and efficiently overseas.
