Research On The Construction Method Of Museum Derivative Design Under The Background Of "Culture Creativity Plus"

As a new form of industry by integrating the cultural industry and the creative industry,the cultural and creative industries serve as a new trend of contemporary cultural development.With the rapid development of China’s cultural and creative industries,more and more museums have begun to lay stress on the creative transformation of their cultural resources and the design of derivatives,and the organic combination of cultural and creative industries and museums has become an inevitable phase in the era development.Nevertheless,behind the boom of integrating the cultural and creative industries and museums,there lies the need for calm thinking about the museum derivatives design.Problems such as the homogenization of derivative products,the superficial forms of these products,and the rough and slipshod manufacturing with a large quantity have made for the monotonous and same appearances of all museums.This kind of awkward situation needs enough attention and calls for effective solutions.This paper is aimed at exploring the historical and time values of museums’ cultural resources and trying to find a derivatives design method suited to our country’s museums under the background of "culture creativity plus" and summarize a sustainable development path that suits museum’s collection resources.And based on Hubei Museum and combined with the distinct cultural elements of this museum,this paper has provided an effective and novel design approach for the derivatives of the Hubei Museum.By taking three key words,namely,cultural and creative industries,museum,and museum derivatives as the starting point,this paper sorts out their origins and development as well as evolution to expound on the inevitability of developing the cultural and creative industries for museums and to pave the way for introducing the concept of "culture creativity plus".This paper has for the first time conducted an overall interpretation of "culture creativity plus" from the perspectives of its background,concept,and features,and found the internal connection between "culture creativity plus" and museums together with their derivatives.On this basis,the paper has delivered a concise conclusion about the expression of "culture creativity plus" in museum derivatives design language,that is innovation refers to the innovation on the museums’ collection and cultural resources,which is assisted by and integrated with elements like technologies to enhance the value added of these derivatives.Based on this,this paper has further explored the positioning transition of museums under the context of "culture creativity plus" and analyzed this change has offered museum derivatives a sound objective condition and expansive development prospect.Besides,it has also explained the significance of design language for the development of museum derivatives from the view of "culture creativity plus" and through detailed analysis on cases of prominent museums’ derivatives at home and abroad,it has provided practical support for the method construction in the latter part.And this paper has creatively put forward the idea to take the "culture creativity plus" as the guiding design principle in the design of museum derivatives and has given an overall and comprehensive interpretation about museum derivatives design from "culture","creativity",and "plus",realizing the reasonable construction of the design approach of museum derivatives.At last,by taking the Hubei Museum as a case,the paper tests and evaluates this constructed design method,and analyzes the current development situation of this museum’s derivatives through the SWOT analysis method.According to the constructed design method,the design practice has been carried out based on the specific collection and cultural resources in the Hubei Museum.By doing so,this paper hopes the constructed design method of museum derivatives under the guidance of "culture creativity plus" is able to,to some extent,improve the cultural taste of museum derivatives and to smash the original stereotyped mode and create economic and time values.
