Research On The Influence Of Organizational Redundancy On Corporate Performance In Cultural And Creative Enterprises

As an innovative industry with high added value and integrated into high and new technologies,cultural and creative industry enjoys the advantages brought by high creative activity,but it is also confronted with great challenges brought by drastic changes.The risks brought to enterprises by the uncertainty of cultural and creative industry demand need to be avoided.Therefore,resources other than production demand need to be invested in order to obtain more space for independent choice in the overall planning.As a resource that has been neglected for a long time,organizational redundancy has once been regarded by business operators as a resource that hinders the long-term development of enterprises.However,with the continuous development of modern technology,redundant resources can play an immeasurable role in enterprise performance by means of lean production and process reengineering.Therefore,the influence mechanism of organizational redundancy on corporate performance of cultural and creative enterprises has certain research value.This paper selects the unbalanced panel data of 274 listed companies of cultural and creative enterprises from 2009 to 2020,establishes a multiple linear regression model by referring to the three processes of intermediary effect analysis,divides the organizational redundancy of cultural and creative enterprises into absorbed redundancy and unabsorbed redundancy,and studies and analyzes the action mechanism of their redundant resources on enterprise performance.On the one hand,from the perspective of strategic flexibility,the effect mechanism of absorbed redundant resources with high liquidity and high flexibility on enterprise performance is different from that of absorbed redundant resources with low liquidity and difficult to redeploy.Human capital redundancy and redundancy,customer relationship is not companies such as redundant production absorb redundant after reconfiguration,because of its high flexibility can meet the needs of the daily production and business operation,also can adjust the flexible timely through technical transformation used in the technical aspects such as the cultivation of innovative talents to meet the needs of speculative innovation,moreover can also be used for internal and external environmental changes impact buffer resource shortage problem,avoid risk in the case of strategic reform,and thus there is a direct positive effect on corporate performance;The absorption of redundant liquidity is low,generally difficult to be used in other parts except the production link,if it needs to be reused,its optimization allocation cost and the management cost is high.Managers may even blindly invest in inefficient projects in order to meet their personal needs.The absorbed redundancy generated by these projects can only be left idle,which will not only cause internal bloating,increase the management cost of the enterprise and even make the resources originally used for daily production run poorly in the production process.Introducing market forces as a intervening variable,this paper first empirical analysis of the cultural creative enterprise market forces for the positive role of enterprise performance,secondly from two aspects of external factors and internal factors analysis of the redundant absorb redundant and has not absorbed by the market forces that mediation variables have an indirect effect on corporate performance.The main conclusions are as follows: First,market power of cultural and creative enterprises can improve enterprise performance;Second,the absorbed part of the excess resources of cultural and creative enterprises will reduce performance,while the unabsorbed part will improve performance.Third,the unabsorbed redundancy is conducive to the promotion of market power,while the absorbed redundancy is the opposite;Fourthly,the market power of cultural and creative enterprises has a complete mediating effect in the positive relationship between unabsorbed redundancy and enterprise performance,and a partial mediating effect in the negative relationship between absorbed redundancy and enterprise performance.About market power to absorb the redundant and the mediation effect of market power has not been verified for the following reasons: the cultural creativity in the enterprise has to absorb redundant is different from the connotation of manufacturing industry,mainly in the aspects of transaction cost operating and administration expenses,and these costs for gen industry innovation and technology research and development is not high,it is difficult to play against rivals series,cause efficiency of enterprise management inert factors resulting in reaction to market forces have offset the positive effect of redundant resources.
