A Study On The Design And Application Of Micro Lecture In English Reading Teaching In Primary School

In the context of the educational information age,the integration of information technology and subject teaching has continued to deepen.More and more teachers are thinking about how to effectively use network resources and information technology in teaching.At present,as a new wave of education reform at home and abroad,micro lecture provide new ideas for teachers to solve problems.Based on the background of educational informatization,this research conducted a study on the design and application of micro lecture in primary school English reading teaching in J Elementary School on the basis of in-depth analysis of the research status of micro lecture and English reading teaching.The design and application of micro lecture in English reading teaching in primary schools demonstrate whether the application of micro lecture can increase students’ interest in reading,whether it can enable students to master some effective reading strategies,and whether they can improve students’ reading performance.In the early stage of the research,through teacher interviews and student questionnaire surveys,it was found that the current primary school English reading teaching had problems in teaching methods and teaching resources,and reading pre-test papers were issued.In the middle of the research,according to the design principles and design process of the micro lecture,combined with the flipped classroom teaching mode,the micro lecture teaching practice was carried out in the primary school English reading teaching,and the reading post-test papers were issued.In the later stage of the study,through the changes in students’ reading scores and the results of a student questionnaire on the application effects of micro lecture,it is shown that the application of micro lecture to primary school English reading teaching can improve students’ English reading ability,reading interest and reading performance.Finally,through summarizing the shortcomings of micro lectures teaching practice,put forward corresponding teaching suggestions,and prospect the development prospects of micro lecture application in primary school English teaching.
