Flaws In Volume 8 Of The Second Edition Of The "Advanced Chinese Dictionary"

The "Advanced Chinese Dictionary"(referred to as "Da Zidian")is the largest Chinese dictionary with the most complete collection of form,sound and meaning since the founding of New China.Its compilation and publication is a major event in our country’s language work.The first edition of the "Da Zidian" was compiled by more than 300 experts and scholars from Sichuan and Hubei provinces.Generally speaking,it is a dictionary with high utility value.However,due to the large number of editors and the heavy workload,the "Da Zidian" was compiled by more than 300 experts and scholars in Sichuan and Hubei provinces.There are inevitably some mistakes in the interpretation and citations in the "Da Zidian".Only in the process of revision,these shortcomings are discovered and corrected,can the use value of the "Da Zidian" be further improved.Thus,the second edition of "Da Zidian" came into being.However,the revision of the "Da Zidian" was not accomplished overnight,and it still needs continuous improvement and improvement.This article is based on the eighth volume of the second edition of the "Da Zidian".The article is divided into three chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the general situation and research status of the "Da Zidian",as well as the research objects,research methods and research significance of the topic of this thesis.The second chapter corrects the interpretation errors in the eighth volume of the "Da Zidian",mainly to solve the errors in the definition and interpretation of the "Dictionary",including improper setting of definition items,improper interpretation,and errors in the inter-character relationship.Among them,8 items are improperly set;3 items are improperly interpreted;errors in inter-character relationships include 4 items that are not recognized in inter-character relationships and 2 items are not recognized in inter-character relationships.The third chapter corrects the errors in the quotation of the eighth volume of the "" Da Zidian "",mainly to solve the "Da Zidian" ’s deficiencies in the quotation of citation content,improper extraction of citations,inconsistencies between citations and interpretations,incorrect citations,and the identification of the authors of the annotations.Improper,lack of examples,late citation,citation certificate name,wrong title,wrong citation punctuation eight verses.Among them,there are 7 improper citation extractions;6 citations and interpretations that do not match with interpretation;citation errors include 69 erroneous texts,20 missing texts,and 7 back texts;3 improper identification of the author of annotated text;7 missing examples;late citations The last two articles;citation certificate name,title error,including 4book title errors,4 article title errors;8 citation punctuation errors.
